I’m not one to often write reviews and I’m not even a client of Chestertons, but I own property sharing space with one that’s managed by Stephanie Langton (Senior Property Manager). Stephanie’s unparalleled professionalism, responsiveness, efficiency and, above all, courtesy and understanding have all prompted me to write this review. Not only that, we’re now even thinking of using Chesterton’s property management services if it means having such proficient service! Fully recommend and absolutely appreciate.

A very good range of properties on offer in different parts of London, at reasonable rents.

We were looked after by Wes Mohammed, who was very helpful and friendly, and also responsive and patient. It was a pleasure being shown round the properties by him, and he was full of good ideas as to what might suit us.

Excellent service from Niema as always — renewals and communication are always on time, and any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Prompt responses and a real focus on resolving things properly. Highly recommend working with her.

After Allan Fuller, despite teething problems with the accounting, help was at hand and everything was resolved. Sarah Doyle has always been extremely friendly and helpful and still adds the personal touch to looking after my property which is especially welcome. I trust this approach to managing property will continue.

We moved to London from another city a few months ago and dealt with Chestertons Battersea during our search. From the outset Chad Green was very professional and an excellent agent.

Moving across cities was definitely daunting, but Chad made the process clear and manageable. He was always available and easy to speak with, patient, and always willing to take the time to explain things properly. He understood what we were looking for, offered straightforward and honest advice, and guided us through each stage without any pressure.

What stood out most was his practical approach and extremely reliable communication. He was proactive, clear in his explanations, and consistently responsive right through to completion. It felt like he genuinely cared about helping us find the right home rather than simply getting a transaction over the line.

Generally service is pretty reasonable, however I am continually frustrated that Chestertons still don't make a note on their records to copy myself and my father into all communications, whichever new staff members are either emailing me or my father separately, surely this is not too much to ask

Both Sharon Chattalis and Lavie Kim have been extremely helpful and considerate through the process of renewing the tenancy at my flat. Thanks to them it has been a smooth and successful transition.

I should also acknowledge the help that Jessica Jimenez has been providing over the past 18 months as property manager. She has been consistently responsive and reliable, as well as proactive in helping with sometimes difficult situations.

We had a fantastic experience working with Josh Wilkinson at Chestertons during our recent house purchase. He was incredibly proactive, managing all the communication between solicitors and the seller to keep things moving forward. What we appreciated most were the extra tips and advice he gave us throughout the journey, it made a complex process feel much more manageable.

Be careful, they make you pay their bank fees!!
Also, they try everything to not return the deposit!!
Very bad company, very uneducated people working there. Chestertons? Never again.
