Ordered 3 pairs of jeggings from a Facebook ad under company name ‘Chestnut five’. They have several different names but they are all the same scammers. Payment went to ‘sheswish’. No order arrived after more than 2 months, no replies to emails. Absolute crooks. AVOID!

No refunds! I am a size large. I order leggings at a size 4XL-5XL according to their size chart and they are way too small but they don't offer refunds unless item was received damaged.

This sites products are trash. Do not waste your money because they don’t do any refunds or returns.😡😡😡

Very quick to ensure there payment but delivery ...... More than 2 months - and I still haven’t received anything. And they don’t respond on mails

I ordered 2 bras from Chestnutfive in December 2019. They have not arrived as of June 16. I contacted customer service, and they said they were enroute. I emailed customer service again and asked where the items were, and if they could not be provided, I would appreciate a refund. No response as of yet.

Just like everyone else, I never received my package. Scammers.

If I could give zero starts I would. I ordered jeans three months ago and never got them. Tried to email the company and got no response. SCAMMERS!!!!!

These people make wish look like Macy's! Except you pay 5xs more. What a bunch of crap.

I had to give them one star because I could not review on NONE! WARNING! Horrible SCAM business!! I sent them money via PP for jeans and never got them! No response & now PP says they are denying me "because there was a us tracking number & they were receive". BS!! I never received anything after waiting 2 months and contacting the company with no reply. They are scammer and they are slick! I guess I will have to eat that $20plus I spent but I will make damn sure to make others aware of these scammers and post on their social media ads every, single time I see them! OH! Also, I am reading that I am lucky I DIDN'T receive the jeans because they are NOT WHAT WAS FALSELY ADVERTISED! People are stating they are cheap leggins printed with imitation jeans that look weird!

Please don’t buy from them they don’t reply and my item was never delivered use a reputable shipper with PayPal not these scammers

I placed my order on 4/21 and still have not received my product. I have sent multiple emails to the support group which is followed by another bogus email with bogus tracking number that my package is on it's way. everyone should reporting this to the BBB, federal authorities for scam.

This company needs to be reported to the Federal Trade Commission. I ordered some pj pants in 4-4-20. Now it is 6-14-20 and still no merchandise. I wrote to the “Support” email address and got one fake response back, saying to contact them again in 15 days if the merchandise did not arrive. They give you a tracking number that does nothing. There is no phone number. THIS COMPANY IS COMMITTING FRAUD. Though the amount of money is small, I am outraged.

Like so many others, I made a purchase months ago and still have not received my order. They responded to one email telling me that my order is on it's way despite the fact that the tracking number isn't working!! I've emailed them since and they haven't responded. Also, there is no phone number to contact anyone. Today is June 13th and I ordered on April 25th!! I went to check reviews and apparently many others are reporting this company as a scam!!

After being told my items would be dispatched within a few days of processing, two weeks later it is dispatched. Only then was I made aware that the items are be delivered from China. Which means the products are not even from US! Then after tracking my order it is said to be in Lithuania! It has been 1 month so far and still no sign of my parcel. I ordered the leggings as I was really excited to try this product but now I’m so bored of waiting I have lost all interest and deeply regret my purchase. It’s a very disappointing experience and I will NOT be buying from them again

These jeggings are crap! Paper-like material screen printed to look like jeans (more like designed by an art school dropout.) Shipping took forever and went across the country twice (per USPS tracking.) $50 for 4 and now they are no longer responding to my emails for refund. Calling the bank and maybe the FTC.

I so far am not pleased at all. I ordered my stuff on 05/09/2020, and it is now currently 06/13/2020. I used the tracking site provided by Chestnutfive to track my item, and it has been sitting in the same position. I have contacted them 5 times to request a status. I understand with the whole Covid-19 stuff, a lot of stuff has been delayed. But the lack of communication is unacceptable. I just sent them an email today in Chinese, just to see if they respond to that. If not my next action is to contact Paypal. I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought anything. I would have never wasted my time.

Why is PayPal still supporting this company?
Shame on them
