Easy and straightforward to use
I have just taken out a new savings product with Chetwood. The account opening and communication is easy and straightforward to follow. I chose Chetwood as the savings rates are very competitive and this will be my 2nd time using them.

Really poor dealing with the…
Really poor dealing with the Bereavement Team. Takes ages, dont respond to requests, poor service at a difficult time as it is. "No Nonsense Banking" - really? I beg to differ. I will be closing my accounts and going elsewhere when the fixed rates end.

Online system does not recognise customer no and password go to reset and says new password is the same as the old one which is not being recognised, takes ages to receive SMS codes

My experience with Chetwood Bank and the issues I was having trouble to sort out were very satisfactorily resolved by Callum this morning. The service he provided and the patience he was willing to impart was above what I was hoping for.

Highly recommended.
I was prompted to use this highly recommended and reputable bank after looking it up on the Martin Lewis website of Money Supermarket.
The competitive interest rate was a done deal for me, to open the account was so easy and faultless, the customer service level of support is superior and their knowledge and expertise is so astute and perspicacious.
To transfer money out I have never encountered any issues and it’s moved within a day or two.
