I ordered a titanium comb from this company 2025-05-03 here in Denmark and have received it today 10 days later.
The product looks and feels nice. It seems like it has been treated with acid to get rid of the sharp edges from the machining and give it a nice look. A high quality product indeed.
One thing I didn't like is the missing information on the web page that you have to pay vat/taxes, and even worse paying the company that handles the custom process an even higher amount. In total I had to pay 55% more than the original payment. I sent an email to the company asking why they do not use the IOSS system, and got a friendly email back explaining that this would require the company to have a local representative handling this, which would be rather expensive.
On the positive side, the company since refunded me half of the VAT and handling fee as a compensation, thank you for that.
So if you will buy something from the company be sure to find out what it will actually cost you all included in your country. I don't think you shall expect to get a refund as I did, though.
It would have been 5 stars, if the VAT and handling fees had not come as surprise. By the way, there were no Trump stupidity involved in this purchase.
