Due to NO Fault of the company
Due to NO Fault of the company, I had placed an order 1-1-26, Expecting to receive my order WAY before Valentine's Day. As I continued to track the order, it was just "sitting" in the AWFUL Postal System. I contacted your company and Mia VERY QUICKLY responded to my email and Made Sure I received my order. I received it the day before Valentine's Day and was able to give the order as a gift as planned for Valentine's Day☺️ Postal System CLAIMED it was because of the weather/snow, etc. But I Should Have Had my order WAY before that weather/snow!!! In my opinion, the Postal System SUCKS!!! THANK YOU to Mia for being a FANTASTIC Representative for your company!!! She turned a very Unhappy customer back into a VERY HAPPY Customer and I have ordered Again from your company ALL THANKS to Mia!!!!
