I have bought more then 15 products from this site. I found products genuine as i ordered. Thanks this site for such a good shopping experience...

I ordered some clothes for a special ocasion, like a dress, shoes and accesories and I really wasn´t expecting so much quality. The clothes are amazing and adequate to my budget. The consumer service is good, so they are caring and ready to answer any question the clien has, and the returns policy is quite simple.

I’ve been ordering from Chicsit quite a bit recently when I learned about them on ENews! I love the clothing shoes bays single earrings everything! That’s my new Favorite go to store! Am going on vacation and purchased a few pieces. I also bought my dress shoes and sunglasses from Chicsit to attend my daughters High School Graduation!

This company is so much better than other online companies. Service is very Good. Really appreciate their service. Thanks for wonderful service.

the fabric of the clothes was so nice and not itchy in skin . The items I ordered gives a comfortable feeling. I will never regret shopping here and I will be a loyal customer must try and too see is to believe.

This is a horrible company, they're product is so bad I would not be caught dead wearing it.

Bought two jackets from Ponderstar, both brands are Chicsit. Both items look nothing like the advertised photos in my opinion. I note that the descriptions are very light on detail, this may be deliberate. But the descriptions say the products are sold as per the photo, yet not true for me in my opinion.
The gold tinny feeling sleeve buttons on one jacket are not stitched in line, one button hangs beneath the sleeve whereas the other sleeve has two buttons on one side and the other on the opposite side of a strip of fabric, like a lapel.

Elastic loops are meant to act as button holes but these are no bigger than a few grains of rice which can't stretch over the large gold buttons, these look nothing like the photo which show large elastic loops.
A panel on one sleeve which is meant to be stitched straight up in line with the seam line is fixed on a cross angle.
The size is meant to be UK 20/22 but it's closer to size 10 in my opinion.
The other jacket whilst described as "printed" fabric, looks luxurious in the photo and like it is embroidered gold thread. The printed pattern I received looks nothing like the photo, rather like a cheap dressing gown in my opinion.
I consider it is poorly manufactured, it has threads hanging out across the jacket.
Again the size is not a UK 20/22 but closer to a size 10 in my view.
Both jackets fit my mother who weighs 44kg and wears size 8.
In the photo the block colour appears to be "ink navy" but it is black, however as it is a synthetic print there are sections where the black is faded in appearence.
At the bottom of one side of the garment it is puckering, in my opinion it has not been manufactured properly.
Both jackets in my view should have been picked up under qualify assurance and not sold.
I have reported this to PayPal and am currently trying to contact Ponderstar. I've randomly checked other items sold by Ponderstar and all selected are by Brand Chicsit, so not sure if Ponderstar is a actually Chicsit by another name.

I purchased items from Chicsit. The items took three weeks. The items were very poor quality, definitely not the same as the photograph. I sent the items back with details that indicated I did not want a coupon or anything else. They finally sent an address to return the items to. The instructions stated to wait 15 to 20 days for the refund. By the time it was time for the refund the tracking number rubbed off of the postal receipt. The USPS can't help and Chicit said they did not get the package. I tracked the pqckage before it rubbed off and it stated the package was left at the receptionist desk. Now, I have no clothes or money. There is no recourse because these BS companies are really in China. Let's stop the scam now and stop ordering from this company and others like it.

No contact available to check where the order is that was due a month ago. Wrong colour sent without any notice or way to exchange. Contact available online but won’t accept verification code so still left with no response!!! Do not buy anything from this company or Huang Wei Room 2001 Building 17 3188 Rermin Road Suzhou CHINA!

This company is a scam. It should become viral and said in all possible social media. They the pictures are not what you get. Quality of the cloth is worth a $1 . I returned the merchandise and got emails all the time from them with blessings saying my money was going to be returned .. I'm still waiting. This company is a scam lying to consumers. Terrible website not to be trusted, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Very disappointed. The boots I received were not the ones pictured. They were cheap and the laces were not even long enough.

Whatever you do, DO NOT buy from this vendor. I bought a jacket that arrived as a flimsy polyester cardigan that was not only too small and over-priced, but very poor quality. When I complained, I eventually hot a response requesting that I post it back to China at my cost and then I would get a refund. I posted it back on 22 January 2019 and still 2 months later no refund and most of my emails are either ignored or I am simply told to wait. I give this company 0 stars but the lowest you can score is 1 star. They are dishonest and greedy - avoid at all costs!!!!!

Never ever!!! I ordered a shoes and they sent me a cheap quality shoes for what I waited 5 weeks. I sent them pictures of two shoes and the answer is that:

It is convenient to buy other items in our website at any time.

Do NOT waste your money...Ordered Feb 4. Haven't received the merchandise. Despite multiple emails promising it would bet shipped. Then offering me $5 to buy 'something else'. Demanded refund. Same thing. Multiple emails- no refund. Reported to PayPal. They didn't get a response either. Thank God PayPal issued me a refund or I would be out $150

Waited THREE months for a jacket! Ordered an XL - maybe an xl for a child - can't even get my arms in the sleeves. Very disappointed. This is a Chinese knock off company that has no business selling to the USA. Hope I can get my money back!!

Don't buy you will never receive the item , it's a big chinese scam!!
