I love my jackets that I have gotten from Chicsit. In a world of ready made clothing for sale, it's so nice to have a wonderful boutique like Chicsit I have been in contact with them for information about their products and services 😊 I was taken back to the days of my life with caring workmanship to get the answer for all questions asked. Chicsit is a great company and they are proud of the work that they are doing. I'm giving it a thumbs up from me to you!!

Items are cheap knock-offs. Custom service won't cancel unshipped items. Offers $20 refund on $110 order in lieu of return.

Ordered two jackets tree month ago. Got them finally after mailing the company who answered directly that the items was on its way. It was not. Tree month of waiting then you hope the items will look as on the pictures. No! The details is well sewn but in a cheaper material, -cloths, ribbons buttons and even the pockets. The where pockets on the shown picture but only a fake ribbon on my jacket. The other jacket was missing the buttonholes.
Never again by any Chinese clothes, they show a "golden sample" but send a fake one.

Chicsit is a scam company. I ordered a coat in January. They wouldn't ship it, just kept replying to my emails that 'because it was a best seller, I would have to wait'.
Why are they selling clothing they don't have available to ship to the customer?
I kept emailing asking when my order would be shipped, they kept offering me $5 coupons.
Luckily Pay Pal refunded my money for the item not received or sent.

The name chicsit must be shitsit. It is a big cheat this shop. Don´t buy anything here, you will be disappointed. The items are cheesy, the fabric is cheesy, the items are unacceptable.

HORRIBLE ! It’s a scam ! It’s the same clothes than mybesthoney and they stole people photos. They don’t refund when you don’t receive. DON’T BUY

TRASH. Do not order from this company. I received a partial order of clothing that resembles nothing like the pictures. The size XL would fit a 8 year old. Looks like the clothing was made by a home ec student. Fabric is cheap. Trying to get a refund for part of the order that was never shipped. They should be shut down!

I would never buy from this company again. I have asked for return polices and have received nothing. The clothes are awful and completely unlike what was pictured. It's laughable that this company can operate in the U.S. They should be ashamed of themselves for their product, customer service and in general. AWFUL!!!

I feel like such a fool. Ordered items weeks ago, only to get a "text" that they were delivered but if they were, it was not to my address.
I called my financial institution and they have halted all charges from anywhere in the world, especially this company. They further explained how these companies are working during Christmas and disassemble by March 1.

Ordered a military style jacket from them over a month ago. Not arrived nearly 1 month later. Sent email complaining. Got a response, said will send as a matter of priority or I can re-choose another item with a $5 voucher. This jacket/coat has cost me best part of £40 after transaction currency charge from dollars to pounds sterling. I'll be very surprised if I receive the item ordered and after reading other reviews, it doesn't sound like the quality is very good or sizing is all wrong, so I'll wait n see. I have learnt my lesson, do not order from dodgy Chinese companies off the Internet. Don't think I can get my money back either? paid using debit card. Their tracking goods customer link doesnt work either.....what a surprise! They keep sending me marketing emails too, bloody nerve of them. Do not buy from Chicsit.

Do not buy from this shop.. You will not receive your order.. In more then one month it was not even shipped!!! No notification that the product is not in the store. It is obviously a scum

Wish I'd have read this before buying, waited 2 months for what can only be described as trash. Like others have said clearly pictures are another material as I had ordered something navy and silver, it came navy and gold, with a silver zip!!! and sizing............way out.
Put a complaint in and also paid through Paypal, hopefully I can get my money back.

*Update* got a full refund through PayPal as the company tried to offer me a 6 Dollar refund for 60 Dollars, they did not respond to PayPal gave a full refund.

Received 2 of 3 items purchased...1st one was sent XL..thank God, it barely fits...made so cheap I wouldn’t be caught dead in it, strings hanging off the seams!
2nd arrived today, can probably give the L to my 8 year old granddaughter, plié doesn’t even remotely look like picture.
Have spent all day trying to reach out to company, but email keeps being returned saying incorrect address!
Have reached out to PayPal...we’ll see what happens!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - I ordered items from this company and even ordered much larger knowing they were from China and the size would not compute with american sizes. All of them were so small I should have ordered 3 times larger. Now, I'm trying to get a refund and return and they are fighting me. Not responding to emails, making excuses, now they are trying to give me $25.00 credit for an over $150.00 bill. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
