Quantity, not quality
I ordered it. 3 shirts, 1 shorts. Frankly, the shirts look really nice but they are not of any quality. Shorts are so small I cannot even get them on. Will not order ere again. Tried to shop bargains instead of going to my local shops where quality is assured. Lesson learned.

The merchandise I received is Terrible, I talked to someone on the chat at Noracora. I told the girl I want to return the top and bottoms I purchased, she told me I could not return the top because it was a final sale. I told her the top did not say final sale when I purchased it and I want my money back the merchandise is JUNK! These clothes show its California when in fact it's made in Hong Kong. Be very careful who you order from online, check them out real good and see if there are any complains to the Better Business Bureau!

You are correct, it is too expensive to return goods to China.
You are correct, it is far too expensive for me to return products to you in China.
So far of the four items that I ordered from you:
1 pair of sandals fit.
1 item is too small, incorrrect sizing, I was authorized to return to you but NO information given on how to do that.
1 item is not the same item as advertised, different material and incorrect sizing- false advertising - not returnable
1 item out of stock - allowed to exchange to new item but I have not received that item yet or a promised refund.
This is not acceptable so I must warn future customers to think twice before ordering from you.
I feel I should put this message on YELP
I will contact my bank to dispute these charges unless I receive a refund.

Beware! Document everything and contest the charges if they don't coopeerate
They sent me items that were in my shopping bag and have not ordered. They are now stalling at sending a return label for returning them and offering me a 15% discount on the items they charged me for and I did not order. I opened two tabs for the NORACORA site - same company - one I ended up using to order from. The other just to make the preliminary selection. They sent me an email saying: "Thanks for choosing us! We noticed that you're placed items in your shopping cart, but didn't complete checkout" and they finished the checkout for me and charged me for the items without my knowledge or consent. Now they are balking at sending the return label. UNBELIEVABLE!

My experience with noracora.com was exactly the SAME as the person whose review RE: HBPT00564801ANDHELPLINE#91993925.
I ordered 6 dresses totalling $129.55. I checked the size chart for the size of dress I should order. I ordered a little larger than the size for my measurements; plus, i checked the fabric before ordering each dress. I must have clothing with a good amount of cotton in them because I'm allergic to synthetic material.
I received 4 dresses 2 days ago. Before I pulled one dress out of the clear bag, I was shocked at the detail of a large ugly colored flower on the dress. It looked like they took a stamp ink pad & stamped it on the material. Another dress with lots of circles & rain drop things all over it looked like a kid had drawn it on. One pink dress looked red/orange. That dress I couldn't pull over my head and even get one arm into the dress. All of them were made of the exact same material. None fit me. The stitching was horrendous! I expect 2 more dresses to arrive. My hopes aren't high of their condition.
I spent most of yesterday and today trying to find out how and where to return the clothes for a refund. I contacted them thru email & their icon/app. No matter where I asked my question and how I asked my question, I wound up at the same place...a virtual agent who did not help one bit. No matter where I was directed to, I wound up back with the virtual agent.
I finally told the virtual agent to email me the return address (oh yes, you have to pay to return the clothes even with their return label) within one hour from the time I was sending this message with the requested information or I would contact my bank to continue with my dispute claim. Immediately, they sent me a virtual message stating since I filed a dispute, my order was canceled and full refund was given. They sent me the address in China to return the clothes. I said I would as soon as I received the other 2 dresses. China....really!!
Before that message, they offered me a refund less 15% (at least that's how I read their message) and not return the clothes and I could have the clothes altered with the 15%. Now thinking about it, they might have meant giving me an extra 15% and keep the clothes. I'm not sure. I just wanted my money back and yo return the crap they sent. They were way too small and could not be made to fit because I used to sew my own clothes; plus, the fabric was awful. The print was awful and the sewing was awful. Everything about the clothes were awful.
I'm glad I'm getting refunded my money. That's all I wanted and I tried to do what's right by returning the clothes. The postage to China will be costly.
They couldn't just email me the return address since they could write a long message to me telling me who to contact for the info without going thru all of this crap??
If you order from noracora.com, receive the dress & want to exchange it for any reason, you will get the runaround. If you want a refund, contact your financial institution immediately to file a dispute and tell ChicV aka noracora immediately. You get a very quick answer from them.. If you can, save all of your emails & take photos of all conversation you have with the vitual agent, in case your bank needs further information.
What the individual stated in the reference mentioned at the beginning of my review was correct.
I also asked the virtual agent and by email of the names of other online clothing companies associated with ChicV UK. Never got a response. I will research that info myself.
I will go on Facebook and send a message to the public tell them I had problems with the company. You can give a review as long as it's honest.

Short story, ordered some items, never got them. If you do NORACORA, they want you to do a chat. They also cannot look up your order off your email!!!! If you don’t have a confirmation #, it’s a lost cause. Well, if you didn’t get a confirmation #, very hard to provide one. Biggest scam ever!!!

RUN, don't Walk Away from this Company
ChicV is apparently the parent company (or payment processor) of several clothing web sites, including Hawalili.
The products I ordered looked great on the web site, but the actual clothing I received was very disappointing. The shirts were made of shoddy materials (try 100-percent polyester with the pattern only on one side, a burlap like fabric feel, etc.). Some are also mislabeled in terms of fabric type or just not labeled at all.
Here's the real kicker: If you have the temerity to request a return, they actually expect you to ship your order back to China at your expense, which can easily exceed the actual cost of the merchandise. (BTW: This nuance is conspicuously absent in their return policy.)
P.S.: They have over 500 complaints registered on PayPal alone.
