Their customer service is very difficult to reach. If something goes wrong, it can be challenging to get a timely response—especially on weekends—and responses often feel like templates rather than addressing specific issues.

That said, I really love the quality of the clothes I purchased. They look exactly like the pictures, if not better. Aside from one piece that was a bit tight and had to be returned, I’m very happy with the items overall.

The quality of the fabrics is great, and matches with the prices of their products. I've been a costumer and big fan of ChicWish for many years!

I purchased several items from this website and I am truly very satisfied. The clothes are of excellent quality, well-made, and exactly as described.

One aspect I particularly appreciated is the customer service: fast, helpful, and very professional. I received assistance quickly and with great courtesy.

I have bought multiple items and the quality has all been better than expected. I love my knitwear and my tulle skirt! I had a logistics issue on my latest order (no ones fault) and the chicwish customer service staff sorted it super quickly and were very responsive, even with me being in Australia. I recommend them.

My ChicWish order of 3 items was split into 2 different shipments. Received a week apart, no notice in the first shipment that a second shipment was forthcoming. ChicWish customer service team clarified right away, but would have been nice to know with the first shipment that they knew it was not complete.

I would not recommend this retailer based on my experience. Return fees of £5.90–£12.90 were not disclosed at the time of purchase and only appeared when I tried to return items. Even worse, the system then does not support returns from my country (UK), making it impossible to complete the return at all.
This is extremely frustrating and feels misleading. Customers should be clearly informed of all costs upfront, and a working return process should be available. I am now having to escalate this issue further.

I had a good experience with ChicWish. My event was very close, so unfortunately I couldn’t wait for the delivery. However, the customer service team was very kind and understanding of my situation. They respected my request and helped me cancel the order, and the refund was processed smoothly. I really appreciate their support, and I will definitely come back and order again for another occasion.

I have bought clothes through ChicWish for the last 3 years and have found their items to be of mostly very good quality. Sizing can be on the smaller side so it's important to get your measurements right. After service, when needed, has always been excellent with a response within 24 hours

The sizes and materials are always perfect. I love all the dresses I have ordered from there!

My item took a little while to arrive and I became concerned because I’d read some differing reviews of this company. So I sent a slightly harsh email to the customer services department.
I was contacted by a representative called Acuki who could not have been more kind and helpful.
Acuki not only tracked my parcel but gave me daily updates as to its whereabouts until it arrived. I was very impressed. Thank you. Oh and also the item ordered was lovely.

Gorgeous clothing. My favourite is the fancy bow sweater. Very happy with my purchases.

I ordered two skirts from Chicwish for some upcoming celebrations...a graduation and a bridal shower. I’m honestly so happy with both. The quality is beautiful, and they feel really well-made, with great fabric and flattering structure. They fit perfectly and look even better in person than they did online.

What I love most is how versatile they are. One feels polished and elegant for the graduation ceremony, while the other has the perfect, feminine, festive vibe for the bridal shower. Both are comfortable, stylish, and easy to dress up.

Chicwish definitely delivered on style and quality. I can already tell these skirts will be staples in my closet for many more occasions!

I am trying to return two items but finding it impossible. When I complete the return it tells me to contact customer service. I contact customer service and am eventually advised to follow the return instructions. I'm just going round in circles.

I purchased two tops, to see which one I preferred. The items I ordered arrived quickly and in perfect condition. When the time came to return the one that didn't match the best, they were very accommodating with the return process.

This was my first purchase from Chicwish. I purchased the peony skirt in pink, I am absolutely in love with the colour, quality and design. I went with the small and it fits perfect. The customer service staff were outstanding in helping me with tracking and any questions or concerns. I unfortunately ordered another item but it because it was back ordered I needed to cancel it as I needed the second item, black 3d floral dress before end of March there was no way it would arrive in time. Chicwish cancelled my order without any issue just awaiting my return credit but I am so happy I found this on line store. My peony skirt it more beautiful and amazing quality. Excited to wear it once the weather warms up here in Canada. I definitely will be ordering additional items. Outstanding all around.

I had a great shopping experience with Chicwish. My order arrived quickly and the clothing was beautiful and very good quality. I have received a lot of complements when wearing the items. I had an issue with one item and the support team resolved it quickly. I will happily shop there again.

Bought a bikini which was lovely but far too big. Ships from China and returns are to the USA. Impossible to return. Post office informed would be £33 and that’s the cheapest. Beware as no returns option so no refunds ! Shocking behaviour from a company! DO NOT BUY FROM CHICWISH.

The quality of items is very good! Also, the return process was pleasantly easy. Will definitely shop here again.
