Ordered golf shoes 23-06-21 arrived 22-11-21 and don't fit. Never again use them.

Oh dear recieved nothing trying to track....giving them til next week then i will be doing review

I ordered a football shirt from this company on th 13 th August. Nothing received as yet. I have emailed them several times and they say my order is in transit. Tracking shows Cambridge United Kingdom since the 9th of September but when i checked the post code it comes up as Cambridge in Canada. Keep away from this company £26 down the drain

Ordered in July only just received item. Completely wrong size. Company now refusing to even respond to my emails. I am out of pocket.
I would avoid like the plague! Let's hope someone can do something to get them shut down and cease trading! Scam artists!

I ordered 3 Men's Ice Cream Summer Casual Beach Solid Breathable Shirts
The size was supposed to be Medium.
I have received 1 Medium shirt and the other 2 were labelled medium but are far smaller than the medium
I can only wear one of these shirts as the other 2 are far too small for me
I tried repeatedly to point this out to Childcutie but the repeated response I got was that I had received my order as placed.
They would not accept that the shirts were different sizes I even sent them photos which showed this
I would recommend that no one should buy from this company

Before I placed my order I sent a message to the company asking where the goods would be coming from. I was told USA and it would take approximately 2 weeks to get to me. I ordered a pair of sandals on the 4th of July and have still not received them! I have tried to follow up with this company who tell you to track your order on a system that doesn't work at all, I have tried to call the telephone number.ber which goes through to a voice mail telling you to track your parcel again and no information.atuon as to how to follow up in an order that has not been received.
I am now out of pocket by £25 and no way to get my money back.

Ordered golf shoes via PayPal. Shoes not arrived but they state good delivered, the tracking reference is not to my property but within 4 miles. This is all part of the scam as Royal Mail due to data protection, cannot say where the parcel was delivered or to whom. PayPal will not refund money as they say supplier says the goods have been delivered ..... Big Scam!!!

Ordered 2 polo shirts, no mention on website they were coming from China. Bought them for a holiday but vas it took a month for them to arrive by which gtime I had gone on holiday and returned, so no longer required them.
Eventually arrived, of very poor quality and the
material was so thin you could see through it. The hems were frayed.
Company refused to accept them back and refused refund.
Also the order made no mention VAT would be added to the price. AVOID THIS CHINESE COMPANY

DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE! Scam non-UK based company who once they’ve got your money don’t care about the customer. I’ve just been scammed by them to the tune of £30! They will never accept goods for return/exchange even though their sizing charts are completely in a inaccurate? Do not give this scam company your money!

m tracked upto received in this country then no more advice. I've emailed several times with no response. Luckily I only paid £20. Sorry for the people who have spent more. With the amount of bad reviews you would think something could be done!!!!

when you see the Trustpilot you think you are ok to use the company but your not , why let this happen , its not just one or two people its everyone . I ordered two pairs of shoes hoping to help with my walking . At first i kept up to date with the tracking and once they reached this country that stopped , i really knew then that some low down ------- had taken my money

This is a scam just to get your money/bank details. Have to battle my banks fraud team now.

Total scam, been waiting about nine weeks for golf shoes, the tracking # is "not found" and order is "somewhere in UK", why are they allowed to be in business? Will go to the bank for a credit card refund, they deserve zero stars!!!!

Review update.
Still nothing received and no response to emails. Please note that payments made to Childcutei show as Starcraft Network Limited. They seem to be in China. Take care in dealing with either of these 'firms'

I wouldn't even give them one star to be honest. Ordered shoes at the beginning of July and still haven't received them. Contacted their customer service to be told as they have been shipped I'm not entitled to any refund or anything! They are obviously a scam company. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing! Avoid at all costs!

I would like to have given no stars but this wasn't possible. I, like it would appear, along with many others placed an order and have never received it. I've been told to track my parcel with what I soon came to realise was also a scam company. I've written on numerous occasions and, in fairness, have received quick replies but still no parcel or decent explanation. It's been almost two months now.
Save your money and buy from a reputable company!!

As with others ordered golf shoes from advert on facebook but never delivered. Queries answered with automated response saying order would be received soon, not true. Claim now in with PayPal. Avoid at all costs.
