I ordered golf shoes on 22nd June and in spite of many promises, they have still not arrived, Supposed to be at an address in Lincolnshire. I check a UK address shown on their web site, google maps shows the postcode as MacDonalds at the M40 service station.Do not buy anything from this “company”

Exactly the same as the other reviews. Checked them out ,they said they where UK based, 6 weeks on still no shoes. Luckily I paid on credit card so hopefully l will get it back for non delivery. SCAM

Ordered shoes from this company ,checked the reviews before ordering and it said they were coming from a warehouse in the UK , wrong they come from America and I was charged an additional fee for import duty which was added without my consent when paying by pay pal ,they arrived yesterday and they are only fit for the dustbin , like someone has already said I shall be contacting pay pal 😡

SCAM WEBSITE - DONT USE

I ordered a pair of golf shoes from this joke of a company via Facebook/Instagram 2 months ago, was given a tracking number which allegedly said item had been sent to a UK depot however the postcode given relates to Canada! Several emails back and forth has produced nothing except telling me to be patient!!! Really?? I've now contacted PayPal to start the process of getting a refund.

Bought a pair of sandals off this site they took forever to arrive and the QUALITY IS CRAP 💩 asked for a refund and was told no refund policy in place DONT USE THIS SITE ITS UTTER RUBBISH THAT THEY ARE SUPPLYING AND ITS NOT A UK COMPAY THIS CRAP 💩 COMES FROM CHINA 🇨🇳

Con. Do not buy from them. Saw advert on Facebook, read reviews. Said delivery 5-14 days. After a month and no deliver, constant updates saying goods leaving China ( when original advice said based in UK), then in various places in USA, arrived in UK. Then another update saying it was in USA again. I asked for a refund, only to be told to wait a few more days. Have asked again. Getting nowhere.

I had ordered a pair of golf shoes for my husband, and would receive emails updating the status. They state that they have been received in the UK on the 21st July, and to date I still have not received them. I also asked for contact details, but they state that you can only contact them via email. We I asked for a refund because I have not receive them, they told me because they had been shipped, they could not refund me.

Ordered shoes, they came the wrong size and awful quality.

Asked for a refund and an address to send the shoes back to and was told nothing can be done.

Don’t touch!
Checked the site out beforehand and seemed legit so decided to take a chance and order some golf shoes. Ordered a UK size 8 which took 6 weeks to arrive; they came from the US.
On arrival, a Euro size 41 had been delivered, UK size 8 is a 42. Needless to say, the shoes were too small so I immediately contacted the customer support and asked for an exchange or return/refund. They responded with a message stating because they supplied what I ordered I was not eligible for either and as far as they were concerned the matter is closed.
I am currently going through the distance selling regulations regulations with the, but am not hopeful.

Note that tax gets added once checkout is started so the price you see on the website isn’t necessarily the price you will pay.

Suggest avoid these people.
