Order never arrived — no response, deadline ignored
I placed an order with Chili World on May 29, 2025, and paid immediately. Unfortunately, I never received my order and got no reply to any of my messages.
I even set a final deadline for delivery or refund, which has now expired without any reaction from the company. This complete lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable.
I strongly advise others to be very careful before ordering here.
