I received exceptional customer service from Jessie. You are very fortunate to have someone of her calibre on your team. She is a real asset and sets a standard that reflects what customer service should be. This review would have been a 1 star if it hadn't been for her. And if it were based on my experience with her alone it would greatly exceed 5 stars.
Following what had otherwise been a very disappointing customer experience, multiple transfers and both inconsistent and inaccurante information, I was connected to Jessie, and the contrast in professionalism was immediate. She was calm, knowledgeable, empathetic, and handled the situation with complete clarity and efficiency. She resolved the issue promptly.
It is clear that she is operating to a very high standard, particularly given the circumstances. Her ability to remain so positive, composed and professional, despite the challenges within the wider service experience, is genuinely commendable.
I was transferred to 4 different advisors prior to speaking with Jessie and each transferred me off to the other with no intro, so when I reached Jessie I had been on the call for almost an hour, and had gone through the verifcation process and told my long winded query to numerous staff members. I had been given inaccurate information from two of the adivsors previously and when I politely challenged it I was transferred.

Started a chat excepted to get a chat bot was plesantly surprised to have a chap called Daniel answer my query.
He was able to answer my question and even got me a better quote for my renewal.. card payment didn't go through so he gave me a call and was able to take payment over the phone. The entire transaction took about 20 minutes from start to finish with excellent customer service and real life customer chat.. very happy customer. Until next year - thank you!

I initially had to call in order to gain access to my policy, as I wasn’t able to retrieve it through other channels.
Although the agent and I are both Brazilian, we communicated in English. While I understand this may be due to company policy, I felt the experience could have been more personal and human if we had the option to speak in our native language.
That said, Renato was extremely patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire interaction. He took the time to answer all my questions clearly and made sure I felt supported. I really appreciate his help.
