Really good shopping here once more with such good collection. Quality of material is improving. Only the prices are quite comparable to bigger clothing brand so the tendency is not to buy here

I ordered two items from Chiquelle in June 2023. When the items arrived, they didn't fit right, so I returned them. I received confirmation that they had got my items back.
It has been over three months and I have not received my refund. I have emailed over ten times.

20 days since i ordered and nothing has been shipped. Seems like scam, will be reporting them to my bank to get a refund.

The dresses were both completely too large and did not look like the pictures at all. I got a size small in both and one of the dresses could have fitted three adults inside of it.

Was very exited cause I had heard good things, but I am currently on vacation without the clothes I ordered (in time). There was not a single update on my order for a full 7 days, but they say it will take between 2-5 to deliver.. just got a mail the package will de delivered on four days from now, which gives a total of almost two weeks.

As an addition to my previous review, I reported that I did not receive my refund to customer service on Saturday. Then, on Monday (May 15th) they replied stating I will receive my refund within 2-3 business days... Well, I have not received it yet. It is being 2 months since I returned some clothes....

My experience with this company has always been great due to amazing customer service, fast shipping (to Canada!) and, of course, beautiful and unique fashion pieces.
Really good shopping here once more with such good collection.
Quality of material is improving.

I have made a purchase on the 25th of March.
Up until today, over a week later, I have not received my parcel.
I contacted customer service twice.
They told me there was a technical issue with processing my order to the warehouse.
They want to ''investigate'' this issue first.
In the meantime, my money is at Chiquelle and I can keep waiting untill they discover what the issue is.
How can it be, that a customer can keep waiting and waiting already having paid and not receiving anything.
Instead how is it possible they don't help the customer out by making a new order and send it out for delivery..
It almost feels like theft and injustice. Not the service I am used from Chiquelle.
I have purchased many times from them and don't feel like being treated like a good customer.
If this doesn't get solved I want to proceed with further needed actions.
