No reply and still waiting for refund
I wish I had read these reviews before shopping from this website. I bought here for the first time, returned it and have not gotten a refund. Their customer service team does not reply in 48hrs as stated or does not reply at all! I received two replies with no solution and did not hear from them again and no refund. After reading many other bad reviews on here, this seems to be a common practice + too much hassle for a product I do not have.
Hice una compra por primera vez en este sitio y al regresar el producto y solicitar el reembolso la empresa respondió una-dos veces sin solución a mi caso y aún sin reembolso. No recomiendo comprar en este sitio, evítense la molestia y el perder su tiempo.
