I never ordered from this company but they are exploiting my credit card number and have been several months. Thinking of suing them if they don’t get back to me asap.

I got scammed, ordered a microphone then it auto subscribed me into subscription I canceled 3 times, they took over $400 and the banks cant do anything so i closed the account and started a new one.

I echo everything in the negative reviews below and more. The core product is faulty and broke after a week.

The recurring charges are fragrantly fraudulent and illegal. Do not give this company your bank details.

My bank reissued my card 4 times but only with a variation in the last card number. Despite new CVVs, Chisell still managed to find a way to charge my card.

I have, after much time and 4 changed credit cards - the last of which changed the entire credit card number - does it appear to have been resolved.

I am writing to report fraudulent activity on the website chisell.eu. This company has been making unauthorized monthly charges to my credit card without my consent. Despite never subscribing to any services, I have been billed since August 2023.

I am utterly appalled by the deceptive practices of Chisel. This company operates a fake subscription business, charging a $39 monthly fee for absolutely nothing in return. After purchasing a product from them and providing your credit card information, they will begin to charge you monthly without delivering any further products or services.

Their business model is blatantly fraudulent. They lure you in with a legitimate product purchase and then exploit your credit card details to impose a bogus subscription fee. There is no actual subscription; it's a complete scam.

To make matters worse, Chisel is located offshore, presumably in the EU, and uses this as a shield to evade accountability. Their operations are a travesty and a disgrace. This kind of behavior is not only unethical but downright criminal. The authorities in their operating country must shut them down immediately.

Please, heed my warning: do not, under any circumstances, give Chisel your credit card number. You will regret it. This company is fraudulent, and they will take your money without providing anything in return. Stay far away from Chisel and save yourself the headache and financial loss.

This company is a scam. They double charged me for my order and are now charging me monthly for $40USD fraudulently. I've reached out for refund with no response and had to cancel my credit card and file a dispute. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES

it is basically a scam.
Chisell will sign you up for a subscription that you dont get access to. Once you get your order, they still charge you money every month. Basically they scam you if you dont pay attention. Dont be as dumb as me

Fraudulent company, signs you up for a subscription without your consent and charges you an ongoing fee, will not respond or issue refunds. I cancelled my subscription and they opened up anither account and continued to charge. Cannit stress enough that you should never give these criminals your bank details

I made a 1 time purchase with Chisell, received the order and didn't think of them again for 6 months. At that point I noticed a $39 charge from them on my credit card, prompting me to check my previous statements. They had been charging me $29 per month for "access to an online training portal". I never signed up for a subscription, nor was I notified of access to an online portal (which no one would want anyways). I contacted customer service and received a "oh sorry our subscription increased as of January, but don't worry, I refunded you for the last month and canceled your subscription". After a LOT of back and forth with them, I still have not gotten my money back and I'm extremely disappointed with how they run their business and how they treat people. They will steal your money!

Scam! They have taken over £300 out of my bank account which I never authorised.

So bought this a month back , got it delivered after 2 weeks . broke in the very first 10 minutes.
thought was a bad choice and product and left it like that. Today got charged in credit card 40 USD again so had to write a review for people from being scammed.

Absolute scam unknowingly signed up for subscription and no one ever got back to me when I wanted to stop it and had multiple transactions taken out of my bank on random days

They will automatically sign you up for a subscription where they will be charging you. Scammy behavior.

Chisell has continued to charge my credit card over and over again for the past 8 months totaling over $300 in fraudulent charges. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.
Update: In less than an hour after contacting them they charged my card 3 times in rapid succession.

As a starter, I went for the medium-bite. After a few weeks, I’m starting to see my jaws gradually have a sharper and bigger shape then before. Chisell is easy to use, practical to carry anywhere, simple to fit in my busy agenda. So I really recommend it at this stage and am in fact considering buying the tough-bite. A warm thanks to Dmitry and the entire Chisell team for existing!

Customer service support is not replying to their emails.

I've sent 3 emails from the last 3 weeks and I only got 1 automated email saying that they got my email and I should wait for a customer service representative to answer my questions.

I just wanted to a replacement for the 3-pcs pack I've bought from their website.

I've been using chisell for 2 years now.

They used to reply fast to customer emails, inquiries and replacement requests but not anymore.

I'm not the only one who's experiencing this.

A lot of people also complain in the comments section of their Instagram posts.

The company don't exist anymore.

They still still to take away your money but they don't have any inventory anymore.

DO NOT BUY from Chisell.

I will be switching to a different company who offers the same product now.

Ordered from them once four months ago, and just noticed that they have charged my credit card $30/month ever since. Emailed customer service about the charges and I have yet to get a response. Would rate zero stars if possible.

I have ordered 2 regular chisells yesterday and after that I have got 5 unauthorized transactions from chisell. Why on earth would I order 5 more. Also no tracking has come on my email yet and I don't know if they will refund my money and if my order will come. Please respond to my email
