I bought this item about 2 months ago and each pair breaks down only after a few days of use (I’ve never used a jaw exerciser before). I’m on my third replacement pair and every time this has happened… the company says they have a free year replacement policy BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY SHIPMENT COSTS every time they break down (in my case this means after a few days).
I’ve never experienced such a “legal” fraudulent company.

I got mine around a month ago, it's the Light Bite 1.0. This thing is designed to make your jawline look more square by working out your masseter muscles. It's tough – you're supposed to do 3-4 intense 10-15 minute workouts every week, and it can be pretty painful.

The product recommends taking a picture at the start and after 10 weeks, with the same lighting and angle, so you can see your progress honestly. I thought that was a cool idea.

The change in how my jaw looks before and after a workout, especially when it's a bit swollen from the exercise, is pretty amazing. I'm hopeful it'll work well.

They really do work, but keep in mind they also break every 6-7 months.

They offer free replacements if it's within the year, you just cover shipping which is around 10 euros. It's still worth it, I've gotten a lot of compliments and gotten a stronger face. It's no money seen to the value.

I'd recommend getting yours before they introduce a subscription model and stop replacing for free, then it could be 25 euros every 6 months.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They have been charging me every month since I bought their product. It turns out you are automatically signed up for a subscription when you buy one of their products - READ THE TERMS AND AGREEMENTS!! They never mention or write the word 'subscription' in any following email or during the purchasing process. This is unethical, malicious, fraudulent business dealings. Its such a shame because I did get the product but this backhanded shadiness means EVERYONE NEEDS TO AVOID BUYING FROM THEM!!! I really hope someone reads this before buying and I have saved some unsuspecting customers from exploitation and scamming.

Top product between jawline improvement products,
good resistance, good level of training (i'm currently using regular bite and tough bite).
The regular bite broke after 10 months, but they have a product replacement policy that will ensure i'll get a new one.
Unlike other product, this one gives you a full range of motion, and will give you in time the best result, it also stays in place between molar teeth without moving during the workout, i highly recommend.

Been using this product since last year and the difference is significant 💪🏼 i really noticed my jaw getting more chisel by the day. You wont regret it 🔥

These are great. I can live with the fact they don’t last too long. I’ve bought many Chisell products, starting with the lowest strength and progressing to highest resistance, and also the kit with all 3. My partner said that he noticed my passport photos from 5 years ago and that I look much better now because my face shape seems totally different. Even I notice how
much better I look on camera.

Everything they do is extremely shady and feels like a scam. Also you pay customs in EU (7.49€ in my case) because they ship from god knows where and have you wait 3 weeks for it.

I ordered the product, it was okay in quality. But after 30 days, I received a further £30 charge on my card for a subscription to their service. This was not listed on their product page or on the checkout form. The confirmation email I received never mentioned the subscription charge. Upon checking, they have this buried in the terms of service, after around 10 paragraphs.

As a result, this company is breaking UK law and I have filed a fraud charge with my credit card company.

Really crappy product. The pods broke down after 2 days of use. What’s more, the customer service is even worse. They want me to pay for shipping to replace the old ones. A chewing product, supposed to last long to define your jawline and it lasted 2 days (20 min of use total). What a joke.

I recently made my second purchase with them. The product itself is great. However, they now apparently automatically sign you up for a training program along with your purchase. It's free for 15 days, then you get charged an extra $30. The details of this additional charge are obfuscated, so that the customer doesn't realize they may get charged. I strongly dislike when any company does shady things like this.

They were kind enough to provide a refund on this program charge when I contacted customer service, but the reality is that it should never have happened in the first place. Any charge should be prominently displayed in advance, not hidden at all. And it seems obvious they buried this charge. So be wary of this.

I purchased Chisell last year.

In their website, they claim that for European countries they distribute the replacement tabs from GLS - directly from Europe, and for the rest of the world, the replacements come from China.

The replacements worked great for the first 2 months, but since January I noticed the replacements were held in my country customs, and I had to pay a fee (in the amount of the shipping!) and wait 1 month to receive them - I then noticed that the delivery was made from China.

I asked chisell about this - and their response was that they run out of stock for the replacements, in Germany.

They're out of stock for their EU parcels for about 11 months? And they oblige EU countries to pay customs fees (and their product and website is even European)? Inescusable behavior from a European company.

Since I payed for the replacements with PayPal, I got my money back.

My warranty ended now in November, I didn't even enjoyed successfully this warranty (I had to buy the competitive German product - Jawliner), and I won't buy chisell ever again in the future.

It's a shame because Chisell is a great product, but if you live in Europe it's not worth it.

Except for the trick with the extra buy in the end, I think the product is excellent.

The chisell 1 year free replacement worked great, until this year - in which they changed their policy and started charging the replacements shipment.

In my case it's awful, because I live in Europe and the product is not shipped from EU - and I am obliged to pay a customs fee (this is misleading because chisell is from Latvia - a European country, and that's why I even decided to buy their product in the first place, last year).

If you live in Europe, don't buy this product! You're likely obliged to pay customs fee, additionally to the chisell's replacements shipping, and even worse - have to wait 1 month between replacements.

Right now, I'm avoiding my last months of eligible replacements, and looking for alternatives (mastic gum).

Their website is a scam as seen in other reviews.

I went to buy the product, they then said i could add a free product (lie). After selecting the product, I couldn't unselect it (after they made me pay "shipping".

I then went back to the purchase page so that I didn't have to select one of their other scam products with my order.

Despite me not confirming what free product I wanted and not confirming my order, they charged my card 3 times.

I asked them immediately after to cancel the orders, which they refused and said I'd have to return the order to America, which they know would cost me a fortune in shipping.

This is a SCAM company which is using these sly, deceptive tricks to get customers to order twice without being able to refund. Avoid them like they're the plague.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE. The format of their website is a borderline scam. Upon checkout, they notify customers that they are getting free products due to being their 50,000th customer or some other number and then they proceed to make you pay almost full price for all their items. They them block you from getting a refund with the excuse of not being able to "stop the shipping" even if the refund was requested within an hour of the purchase. DO NOT BUT CHISELL THEY ARE A SCAM. You can get the same product with a cheaper price elsewhere.

I made an order a few weeks ago. I still haven't received any sort of order confirmation or tracking code or anything. And while that is my main problem I'd also like complain about the cheap and dirty way in which the site got me to spend another 30$ by supposedly giving me a free product. The small letters did say I'd have to pay shipping, but why would shipping be 30$, it wasn't that much for the actual order. And as soon as I clicked on it I couldn't cancel it. Sure, technically it wasn't theft but come on, how do you expect people to trust your company when you use strategies like that to rip off people? In any case, I already paid for it, so I want my product!

Unfortunately the product tore very shortly after purchase. The company sent a replacement which tore even quicker than the first and refused to provide a refund. They also refused to send me a stronger Chisel unless I paid more. The company has terrible reviews all over social media with customers having the same experience as mine.

Well, as probably everybody else, I was a bit sceptical about ordering something on the internet and without many reviews (that was last year). And as far as I can tell now, I've had mostly great experience. First off, their costumer service is fantastic. They are so kind and they are willing to help you in every situation, explain if you ask something, workouts, problems with shipping, replacement policy. No worries, they are there for you. Second, Chisell, as a product, I personally used 2.0 light bite and honestly as a female who had never trained her jaw before haha it was kinda tight at the beginning. But after two weeks you get used to it. And after one month you can see more defined jawline and what really surprised me was that when I stopped training, the results stayed longer than a thought they would (about two months). So yeah, it does the job, but you should know that you can't expect I don't know what, if you don't have it naturally. And it's durable, you can't break it that easily ;) All in all, the desicion was right and liked the look. And never forget to stretch after workout ✌️

The product is working great. I’ve seen results in a little over a week. Even after damaging they offer free replacements. Great product. Highly reccomend over the other competition which aren’t as good for you.
