Amazing company and the best customer service I have ever seen! I really loved the Chisell 2.0 light bites that I had. They were a great way to do my jaw exercises and I was amazed by the results that I had. Using my chisells several times a week brought a clear and improved change to my face, including better defining my jawline. After talking to Olga, who is an amazing customer service rep, they're about to send me a new pair, after the promised time for replacement, since mine broke after slightly more than a year of usage.

Chisell is a great and trustworthy company that believes in the product and is extremely friendly to their customers!

Im rating this business 5 stars in because after a long time trying to get my new chisell because my old one broke i passed alot of emails and i was super close to give a 1star and bad "with out saying it to anyone" there was a person the company called Olga that gaved me the best costumer experience ever supper quick clean really good person that changed the perspective i was creating on my head about the brand and i was actually treated like a human and that is more valuable than gold when talking with a unhappy costumer . The product it self its really good and worth it and specialy when u get nice ppl that try to fix every thing to the extent of what they can actually do in the company so i went from 10 to 100 in happyness after she helped me excellent worker . Its ppl like this thag will keep the company going 100%

It works great, I can feel my jaw burning. I combine this with falim gum. Just keep up with the consistency.

I have been extremely happy with my Chisell and I take it with me everywhere I travel. Have seen fantastic results after around four months of use, 5 times per week.

Unfortunately, one of my pieces broke but the customer service team was super friendly and speedy to send me a new pair!

Excellent brand & excellent product.

I have used the low-grade and mid-grade chisell product. It really works well. With consistent, daily use, I could see my jawline becoming more prominent and I could physically touch and feel the results. Many people have noticed. Great product and I definitely recommend it 100%

I’ve been buying Chisell from Chisell 2.0 Light Bite through their latest Chisell 3.0 tough bite and been constantly using it based on their recommended proper usage. All I can say is that I saw a difference with my jawline before and now. The part where I am impressed the most is their customer service. Even though we only talk through e-mail they still provide professional response and actions. Especially Olga she always resolve my concerns in an instant. Highly recommend this company and their product.

This is a great product and an even better company - customer service is second to none. You will NOT be disappointed!!

Placed an order on the 13th of July and only received it 9th of August. I was told that the delay was due to Brexit and they are willing to refund the delivery charge. I was asked to remove the case I opened through PayPal before proceeding with the refund. However, despite countless emails I sent to the support team, they have not sent me any update or anything to refund me. The case on Paypal has already been closed so I DO NOT understand why it does take so long for them to process it.

Moreover, the product packaging is not what I expected. The case was not wrapped or protected and the rubbers that you use to chew were not sealed. The case itself looks like it was used by someone else as it does not look fresh out from the factory. I would be terrified to put these in my mouth. Totally a horrendous experience with the price I paid.

Great workout but broke in a few weeks I called for a replacement they got back right away and sent one but it’s been 2 weeks so all the gains I have gotten from working out will just go away every time I have to replace it. You will never get chiseled jaw with this replacement takes to long.

The product works so good best you’ll ever find. They figured out how to target the specific muscle that pops. The squeeze and contraction you get is phenomenal, and the workout is experience is really comfortable. The only problem is it lasts for about 5 days then completely breaks. I’m not sure how they intend to fix it but for now you have to request new ones every week. But! They make up for it in there really god customer service where they are willing to replace it for free and free shipping so that’s a really redeeming quality.

I have been using this product for 4 weeks. Sticking to the workout plan that they gave us. This product has caused my wisdom tooth to twist and become impacted into my other teeth. It is now infected has I have to get an extraction. Recommend not buying this product at all it will mess up your jaw and teeth!

I ordered the regular bite 2.0 and after 2 days of use, a split formed down the middle of both pieces. By day 3, they both split in half. Big disappointment considering how much I paid. Months later, I thought I'd give them one more chance, so I ordered the regular bite 3.0, assuming that they made improvements...I was wrong. I am currently on day 2 of use and both pieces formed a split down the middle. I guarantee that by tomorrow, they will be split in 2, just like the last order. DO NOT BUY THESE ITEMS, It is a waist of money. You are better off chewing some gum. Very disappointed.

Hi everyone! So i bought a tough bite chisell..The first week was amazing , felt the muscle when i was chewing,have no pain at all.
I loved it, its very effective and powerful, you can feel the muscle when u chewing, good quality, fast delivery.. but there is one thing what not so good, in my opinion its ripping after 2-3 week using daily,maybe because my teeth are sharp, but it is working 90%. So yes it is a great product, but have to concentrate to keep more and not ripping so fast. Thanks Guys!

I was sceptical of the jawline exerciser at the start however from the moment I did my first workout I could feel it exercising the jawline muscles and it fit comfortably inbetween my back teeth and was super easy to use - the included workout plans in the box were useful and gave a ten week program which is useful if you have never used a jawline exerciser before. The colour and presentation of the jawline exerciser 3.0 was also amazing and the car which was included looks high quality. Overall the Chisell Regular Bite 3.0 was worth the wait and price and I can't wait to see the results!

The product lives upto it's expectations. It took me a long time to choose product and I'm glad cuz I have the other stuff and this does in a less painful. What is important is the customer support and they that well too.
