Purchased an item from the company online, 3 days later recieved an email stating I would be refunded for the item. There was no communication from the company to explain why my item was refunded without being sent. This is very poor customer service as I really needed the item for a wedding I was attending. Very unreliable company.

Absolutely fantastic customer service.
The customer service was exceptional. My item had a mark on it. I contacted customer service, I was then advised how to return and I was also told that the delivery charge will be refunded when the item would be received at the warehouse. My item was received back at the warehouse within two days and the delivery charge was refunded along with the item in full. Many thanks!

Placed a order for a belstaff jacket realized I already had one similar to it . Canceled my order money was put straight back into my account the same day .

Ordered a pair of trainers but unknown to me, turned out my wife had already bought them for me for Father’s Day.

So before returning, I couldn’t help but notice the bad reviews for returns so was a little nervous.

However, I used the Parcel Drop off service as directed on the site, watched my parcel makes its way back to the store, got an email last night to confirming my parcel had been delivered and just received an email confirming my refund has been processed.

I was a bit worried about this store after placing an order having read the negative reviews but honestly, I ordered my shoes from the site, there wasn't really much email communication, but 5 days later they arrived - no issues. Very happy. Thank you.

Very bad coatumer service. I ordered over 200 pounds in clothes and they didnt deliver it and refused to give me a refund. It’s a scam company. Dont order from them. It was my first order and I will never order again

Selling poor quality items then refuse to refund even when the items turn up damaged. Would not recommend this website

I’ve received my order today? I'm appalled” that you’ve sent me a second hand top!! As you can see in the photo, there is hair on the shirt collar. And it looks like fake packaging?

Paid £205 for the top.!!

Bought a birthday present for someone on the Wednesday with 3 day delivery. Delivery was due on the Monday but cancelled Monday telling me it wasn’t in stock and there had been an error. 4 days later after cancelling my order they are still trying to sell it?

I ordered one Valentino crossbody bag and I am so glad. The quality is perfect same like a picture and the delivery was fast. Thank you so much. I’ll order again.

Unacceptable Service
Returned an item to Choice via In-Post on 4th February and they havent processed my refund, I would not recommend and cetainly will not purchase from Choice again in the future.

Not the quickest despatch and delivery, however the sweatshirt was too big for me and I returned it 1st class signed for on the Monday, by lunch time on the Tuesday I had received the refund into my PayPal account so I can't fault the returns process.

Choice store in Walthamstow is absolutely awful. Rude staff, don't say please. One of the staff was swearing at the other. I would never be returning to this crappy store. I would highly avoid them.

I placed an order of 7 items. Kept just one of them and returned the rest. I received an email confirming refund for just 5 items. I contacted customer services who said we looked at the cctv and you only returned 5 items, I then suggested they look at the cctv of the items packed. They came back to me saying I looked at the cctv myself and you still returned 5 items and that I should contact my bank. I said no problem at all but you still have not checked cctv of items sent to me. They then came back saying oh we reviewd cctv and you had been sent only 6 items, Refund is issued.
Imagine I did not insist on that they would've ended up keeping my money.
Customer services are so poor that can not even pack correct amount on items and then not even reading my email suggesting to check other footage.
WILL NEVER EVER buy from them again and please everybody check if you receive all items and if your being refunded the correct amount!
AVOID full stop!

I was a little worried but the bag turned up even sooner than expected. I got a text from choice to tell me the drivers name and expected drop off time. I’m really delighted with the item, so I can’t comment on the returns process / customer service.

I ordered a coat for a birthday present a week later they cancelled the order and gave me a refund saying it’s out of stock .. I’m very angry as I waited a week before they told me .. if it’s out of stock they should take it if websites .. will not be ordering again !!!!
