Terrible Returns Policy
Bag purchased on line as a birthday gift. Delivery changed twice. When gift was opened i had ordered the wrong one so needed to return. I had mis-placed the original receipt so contacted customer service for assistance. No response via the email link, so contacted them again via the website, advised outside of the 14 day returns policy (approx 4 days at this point) so nothing they could do. Raised a complaint as I thought this was unfair especially during the pandemic and in lockdown. Again advised outside of 14 days return policy and if we didn’t like it to take it up with Trading Standards. I responded asking for a credit note or exchange rather than a refund and this was also refused. Now I’m left with an unwanted bag. Very unhelpful company and would not recommend ordering on line from them.

Bought items 17th of March and came pretty quickly. Returned both the next day as too small. Sent recorded delivery and the items were received nearly 2 weeks ago. No communication, no refund or exchange.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - took my money again and NO order!
I made an an online order AGAIN and opted to pay via Klarna - part way through the order, I got an on screen error message AGAIN and it didn’t look like the order had gone through because I didn’t get any kind of confirmation to say the order had been processed - not even an on screen message. I also checked my Choicestore account and no order is showing.
Nothing relating to an order from Choice is showing on my Klarna and no payments are showing either.
The Klarna payment is however showing on my credit card - no surprise there then!
Absolute JOKE - some kind of scam going on here to enable Klarna to use people’s money for a few days before refunding!
I'm having a nightmare
I'm having a nightmare here.
Made an order nearly 2 weeks ago, took a full week to even send me some confirmation it was on its way. Then I got an email from DPD saying it's been cancelled. No idea why.
Contacted customer services by email 3 days ago and still haven't a clue what's going on. No contact number to call them on either.
First time ordering, and will probably be the last!

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service. Avoid buying from them at all costs! I bought something for my boyfriend for Christmas and was waiting for it to come in the post and then they sent me an email saying they didn’t have it in stock anymore so refunded me and gave me a 10percent off voucher ( after I asked) so I was left without the present for my boyfriend at Christmas. Then I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went to buy my boyfriend presents for his birthday and tried to use the voucher but it didn’t work (very frustrating) so I had to contact them and they told me to go ahead and make the order anyway and they would give me the 10percent back after. And now they have sent me someone else’s order in the post with an item of a fraction of the price of what I had paid and my order is nowhere to be seen but they expect me to go and find a printer in lockdown and go to a post office just to send this item back when I still haven’t received what I ordered. I sent them an email saying where is my order and I need it in time for my boyfriends birthday and they sent an email back saying do I still want to make my order that I’ve already paid for? They obviously can’t read. I never write bad reviews but I shop a lot online and this is by far the worst company I have ever bought from. Avoid like the plague! They haven’t got their act together and they don’t care. I’m very sad about this and feel foolish for having tried to use them again.

Order cancelled and awful communication but quick refund
Ordered white Ralph Lauren sweatshirt online from Choice, received no confirmation email at all, had to chase up multiple times, and received several different replies from what I assume to be automated emails: both apologetic, stating that it would be dispatched as soon as possible. Only when I followed up with a message on Facebook, I was told my order had been cancelled, thankfully a quick refund was given. If I hadn't chased the order, would they have just kept my money??? Wont be ordering from here again.

Bought a stone island jacket and it is genuine.
Didn't notify me of any delivery or dispatch as they said they would so was a but concerned but arrived on the fifth day which is all that really counts.
AVOID, No customer service and misleading
First time I’ve ordered from this lot and there definitely won’t be a second. Website states delivery within 3-5 days. Item was only dispatched 5 days after ordering. No communication and had to chase up.Customer service is awful. They really don’t care about their customers. Website states free shipping and returns but when you read the small print this only applies to orders over £300. I really wasn't confident I was actually going to receive my item at all. Don’t bother with this lot, there’s much better online retailers out there.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from here and something has gone wrong. First time I ordered a shirt that arrived in white marks this time I ordered belt and jeans and instead received some vile kenzo mans t shirt. My items are out of stock so I can’t even re order and I’ll have to take time out of my day to send this monstrosity back.
Update : spoke to Vanessa extremely helpful and sorted it. I was annoyed but as soon as I spoke to someone human rather than an automated email I was fine! These things happen and she has great customer service! Totally excellent .
For those thinking that choice is not…
For those thinking that choice is not legit, let me assure that it is as I shop there a lot but their website is indeed down at the moment. Payment will be taken from your account without the order literally going through, but it will be refunded back to your account after some hours or a day depending on your bank. I thought I share this with you😉😉😉
I hope the web goes back and running normally asap as I can't wait to get hold of some of the goodies on there...

First of all, their website is diabolical! I then wanted to purchase a number of items but couldn't get through the login process as it wouldn't allow me to change my password?! Also, your email address can't be longer than 30 characters, which is the 1st time ever I've heard of a restriction on email address?!
I emailed them to ask them to reset my account, but didn't receive a response?!
Have bought elsewhere which was a smooth process compared these amateurs!

Super super impressed with Choice
I have recently placed a few (3) orders with Choice for designer brand coats from Parajumpers. Delivery is fast with DPD so no waiting in all day as you get one hour time slot notification. Returning for exchange was easy, they even reserved the size that I wanted to exchange my items for to make sure they were in stock as they were sale items selling fast. Very friendly on the telephone and in all emails. I cannot say one negative thing about my experience, it was my first time shopping with them and I received 5 star service. Very impressed,I will be back.
Don’t hesitate in ordering if you’re in doubt, I cannot understand the negative feedback here.
AWFUL COMPANY
Awful customer service. A relative bought me a clutch bag for me for Christmas (bought on 17th december) and was obviously given to me on 25th. I decided I wanted to exchange the bag for something else on their website but due to my partner having covid 19, I had to isolate and was unable to return the bag to them until after 4th January which apparently was the last day they would accept a return. Emailed them explaining the situation expecting them to make an exception considering the circumstances yet they point blank refused. Absolutely ridiculous returns policy hardly giving me any time to return with the Christmas closures even if I didnt have to self isolate. AVOID!!
