Absolutely shocking website. Ordered some shoes to be emailed 4 days afterwards saying they no longer had them in stock and will send a refund.
Avoid at all costs! Awful website.

I have received my Men’s Zanotti Trainers today which are exactly what I ordered from Choice and very happy with my Purchase! I have shopped in Choice beforehand in store but their Online service is just as good if not better! Fantastic Service and in time for my Birthday! Can’t say fairer than 5 Stars!! Delivery fast too with DPD!

Very bad customer service! I ordered some trainers for my son and they were too small. Contacted choice who will not exchange as I was 2 days out of their 14day return policy. I thought we were only meant to be leaving our house for essential reasons only, due to Corona virus!!!!

Received no order confirmation contacted customer service within minutes had a reply with apology and my order confirmation and my delivery status so quick and efficient and helpful

I was hesitant to purchase clothes from this stores seeing the bad reviews on here. But just thought I would give it a try and used my CC. They were very good. Placed the order, after two days I had it delivered via DPD.

Amazing customer service from Shona Hardy regarding faulty Vivienne Westwood earrings, was able to track my receipt as I had lost it. Very quick responses and was most helpful!

Ordered a Christmas gift at an excellent price. It arrived quickly but unfortunately it didn't fit the recipient so I had to return it, taking advantage of the extended Christmas refund length. The refund was processed quickly. No quibbles.

Recieved an item not remotely simulair to wat i orderd. They wanted to pay have back have of what i payed so i don't have to pay the shipping cost for returning the item. This is how they work and how they earn money a pure scan.

Bought some Mallet trainers from these guys as a Christmas present. Cheaper price than most other places. Arrived on time but the box was badly damaged. The customer service team sent out a replacement within a few days. Good customer service communication. Little delayed between responses but expected this time of year.

Awful customer service!! No help what so ever, after purchasing a Moncler coat as a gift, at a price of £1000, it didn’t fit my partner.
We went back to the store 4 hours after I purchased the coat, for them to tell us that they couldn’t get the correct size, no stores had it and the warehouse also didn’t stock it. I asked for a REFUND, not because I didn’t want the coat, but because they were unable to supply me with one that fits.
This is against their customer policy, so could only give me a credit note.

£1000 credit note???? When they are the ones that cannot find me the correct size. AWFUL customer service, not one girl knew what they were talking about and wouldn’t put me in touch with head office.

Took it directly to Moncler and they resolved the issue immediately!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Almost didn't buy from these guys because of some reviews...
However I'm so happy I did. I had some trouble with my order payment so emailed customer service (through the PayPal link) and woke up to a response Monday morning. They not only helped with payment issue but also have made sure I won't be waiting too long for my purchase despite the payment delay issue.

They have assured it will be here tomorrow, and staff have made me feel confident that they will deliver.

Item never received. No tracking number even sent and they don’t respond to emails and have no phone number listed.

I am not complaining about the clothes or staff
I bought a nice small traveling case which states that it can be taken on board on budget airlines, I’m sure it’s ok for Ryanair or EasyJet
But don’t use it with Wizzair, because they will charge you £60
I just got away with a warning
I feel the store should state, on the tag, not all airlines accept this size

Just want to point out that staff is clueless what do they sell. I went today to buy couple of items. I asked a guy do they have in stock a black tiger sweatshirt for woman. He said: unfortunately it has sold out... i did another step and there were 3 hanging on the rail. Unbelievable... this customer service is so poor... such a shame because store has items which i really like. People who work in there just chat about their own business and don't care to learn what do they have in stock! There are way too many people on the floor who just chat to their colleagues and do nothing else. That shows that management doesnt manage staff properly...

I’ve shopped at the Westfield store and staff are always friendly and helpful. Customer service email was replied to promptly regarding trainers size/fit and they Delivered to me in Saudi Arabia no problem whatsoever.
