Ordered 3 items in the sale to the cost of £350, it’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t received my order, confirmation that it’s been despatched or any responses to my numerous emails despite the money leaving my account.

Slow, real slow. Order placed on 22nd Dec, has been waited for 13 days but still haven't receive my stuff yet ..

I was a little worried after reading all the negative reviews, but was very pleased with the whole experience. They were very responsive and received the item fast with no issues. If you’re in to street wear brands, give Choice Store a chance. I highly recommend them.

I liked it, but the shipping information on the site was different.

you have sent me wrong item and never response my request, and also really slow and non reply of email.
different item was shipped. and no response.

I started out by purchasing around £400 worth of clothing and accessories. I was thinking how my girlfriend would love it if I surprised her. I bought them two weeks before her birthday. Shipping is meant to be 3-5 working days. I then recieved an email two days before her birthday saying more than half of the items were no longer unavailable. Right, so they said they would refund £220 back into my account. I then waited 3 weeks yet I still saw no money in my account. They said the refund should take 4 days max to get the money back. So overall, bad customer service, no notice and just tge worse experience I've had shopping online.

Worst customer experience I have had, some items were missing and Choice said there was nothing they could do

A couple of weeks ago I ve ordered a jacket and jeans for my Son. Received the jeans with the alarm/ Security tag attached. Had to sent the jeans back in order to get rid of the alarm. It s been Almost two weeks now and the still haven t received the jeans back. My e-mails regarding the whereabouts of the jeans remains unanswered.

Pakaging and goods are perfect condition.

i want to konw if i pay every thing online why should pay the tax and dutis when dilvery to my home
when i call the company they told me the comany that your order they not pay any thing !!!!

When I ordered from Choice Store, I thought that I might have problems because I’ve seen a few negative reviews and buying the last size really made me worry.
But as a pleasant surprise, I’ve received my order in 2 days after shipping and it was the correct size, it had no defects and Choice Store processed my order as fast as possible.

quality goods and quick service with no hassle/sounds like cheap adv. but its true in my shopping experience
