I ordered a pair of charcoal technical pants on the 26th of may they said they sent them out to my address by courier i was then informed by the courier that they were returning the item back to choixx I was then informed by choixx that the item was no longer available so I asked for a refund which as to date I haven't had and they won't respond to my Emails

I’m disappointed with the level of communication and service I’ve received from this company. Throughout an ongoing issue, they have consistently failed to provide clear or detailed updates via email, leaving me completely in the dark about the situation. What’s even more frustrating is that I am still waiting for a refund, with no meaningful progress or timeline communicated.
