Very disappointing experience with Choixx.
Order #197953: I returned 1 pair of Core Trouser - Navy L (£39.99) as instructed, yet nearly a month later I am still waiting for my refund.
Order #209760: I never received my order for 3 pairs of Everyday Trousers.
Choixx have ignored my emails and messages through their Contact Us page. Unless this matter is resolved immediately, I intend to take Choixx to the Small Claims Court to recover the outstanding monies owed to me.
Based on my experience, I have serious concerns about their customer service and the way they handle orders and refunds. My advice is to pay by credit card or PayPal so you have some protection if things go wrong.
UPDATE: I have emailed the Choixx on two separate occasions. The last informing them that I unless I receive my full refund by yesterday I would taken the matter legal in a County Court.
No surprise, I never received a reply!
Choixx - expect court papers in the coming days!
Utterly disgraceful.
UPDATE 2: Today I took the steps to recover the outstanding refund owed to me.
I have now proceeded to take Choixx AKA JK Attire Limited to court. I have emailed the Company the court papers. Once again...AVOID this Company!

Worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. 5-7 working days has turned into 20+ days and counting… still no item.
Customer service has been terrible passing blame off onto courier service. Refused to authorise refund as item had taken so long the gift period I needed had passed. Another dodgy Instagram business that will disappear in the near future.

Be careful, any item purchased in the sale is only refunded as a gift card and this is hidden in the small print. Absolute scam wouldnt order from them again. Purposefully misleading customers.

I spent around £260 on numerous outfits and was a tiny bit sceptical as it was the first time ordering from here.
All items got delivered relatively quick, and the fit of everything is absolutely spot on. Most of the items feel very snug but not cringe worthy tight, and the quality is great. Although not washed anything yet.
Overall I’d definitely recommend and will be ordering some more bits next month 👍🏼

I ordered a pair of shirts and shorts just to have an idea on my size. Just received it today and I love the quality and the fit on me. I highly recommend people that doubting on buying clothes from here.
Now that i have an Idea of my size I just ordered the 5bundle pack and excited to receive them. It took me a week to receive them living in the US.

This one star is directed at the customer service and management and delivery service of this company, the clothing is actually good!
I have spent a lot of money buying with Choixx but soon as there is a issue, they don’t reply to your emails and are not interested
I was asked by Choixx that if I give them a 5 star review they would give me a discount code to get 30% off my next order, discount code was not working they sent me and they ignore all my emails. So that was a total conn
The terms and conditions state they offer a full refund but only to non discounted items , when all the items are all discounted , so they offer a credit note only!
Once you order your items be prepared to wait 9 days from order to door delivery, they are not the quickest!
