Zach Granger was hands down the best…

Zach Granger was hands down the best person to help guide me through getting my new biz bank account over to Chord after we had fraudulent activity. He was very personal, actually called me and did not hide behind emails or text which is a breath of fresh as a business owner. Working with an actual person is very rare these days and really helps the process go a lot faster, which I believe needs to be done more often

I needed to change banks for my credit card deposits. Zachary helped me and walked me through the process. He made it quick and easy. I have always had a positive experience when I contact Clover. I appreciate it so much.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could give negative stars I would. They will scam you out of your money. I have emails from them that if I returned the clover system to them then they would waive the $599 cancelation for cancelling my contract as my company went out of business. I paid fedex to pack and ship so that it was protected and never heard anything until I received a collections notice in the mail 6 months later saying I owed the $599. Tried to get it taken care of and the supervisor said there was nothing that could be done cause one of the screens was cracked. I told him I paid FedEx to pack and ship and that it had coverage on it and he told me well its too late FedEx won't cover anything now. No one ever got in contact with me about this or I could of provided them with my receipt from FedEx but now I am on the line for a screen they say was broken. Do yourself a favor and research this company before you do business with them.

Please approach this company with…

Please approach this company with caution. I bought the clover device through Amazon and one of my POS systems was faulty and then after we got one running after a few months I realized that the tips were not being deposited into my account. I’ve called and emailed them many times and they keep telling me that I needed to input the tip on paper. Which would makes sense if I was a restaurant but I am not. I am a food truck and the customer themselves punch in the tip amount. It’s been 6 months of them keeping my tip money and them not activating the tip app on their platform for me to see. It’s very sketchy and extremely disappointing. I am just starting my business and I have been paying my cashier her tips only to realize that it’s a total loss because this company is not depositing the money that is due to me. They keep giving me the runaround about it and it really stinks. Just go with Square they deposit all of your money and if you have any issues they resolve it and in time they give you a loan. I was really excited about chordpay and using the clover device but this is just unacceptable and unprofessional

The company was extremely patient with me because I am not that technical. They walked me through the process and made it very simple for me to understand. I am very appreciative and will refer to everyone that I know that has a business.

Love Clover - Hate Chordpay

Horrible service - have been having an issue with them debiting our bank account for service plan and apps for almost a year. We receive notifications that it will be but never is and then suddenly, without any notice they are tapping into our sales deposits and taking the charges from there. I have lost count of the # of calls and emails to them - only to be told it's fixed but will take a couple of weeks. Month goes by and still the same. Considering nixing Clover if they don't have an alternative to ChordPay for payment processing. Customer Service is a different person each time you call just to be transferred to another or asked to leave a message. If they do call back, its after business hours. Have had it!!
