I agree with Danika Shipman.
Going on week 4 with the risk team giving me no response or update on $5500 they are holding.

I have been in constant contact with my account manager to help with the matter and guess what i was told?
Risky team can hold batch closes from now and hold until the end of time if they want to.

Please guys don't use this payment processor, to be completely honest this company is no good. I know clover is good but chordpay as a processor no good at all.

The risk team has my account under review for transactions that have nothing to do with the batch i closed on that day. They said 3 transactions looked charged back. But how if the 3 transactions they information about is my personal card. I used to verify to make sure pos is working.

So let me get this straight if you process $3k your account will be locked and sent to risk team no questions asked. I even informed my account manager i will process large amounts!
Zachary Granger has been my account manager. I just need answers on why the risk team is holding funds unrelated to batch closeout and why a week has passed and no update.

This company should be investigated and shut down or sued just as Danika suggested

Update.
I spoke with fivsr and they closed my account and didn’t give me perfect person why. I proceeded 6k a month just like I stated signing up and still stopped my account and sent to review. Then closed it completely. Now I am playing the waiting game for the batch close out to enter the bank account. 60 day way I can “possibly” get the funds. Like how is this a possibly?
I have started speaking to lawyers and this company chordpay will be taken to court and address these huge issues

this company is a scam. they are holding over $10,000 in a transaction that is completed, they do not answer the phone, they do not answer emails. do not use this service

So far I am not impressed. I am waiting to hear from them. Transition from one clover to another not very smooth

I had a business using Chord pay, they put a risk alert on two transactions, never replied and kept over $4000 of my money and because i didn't get the money processed through the machine had to close my business.

They then issued a 1099 tax form showing the money that they never paid expecting me to file for tax due on money they kept.

calls are on queue for over 45 mins without answer.
