Chris makes each work out session fun…
Chris makes each work out session fun and interesting. I learned a lot about movement, new ways of working out and to push yourself the extra bit.

I trained with many trainers before but training with chris has been very different. I feel not only physically relaxed but mentally as well. The movement training is amazing. I am able to move and stretch the part of the body that normally not in use. And chris is such a kind and open minded person that his vibe is so gentle and comfy. Highly recommended!
Training with Chris is always fun! He approaches training in a holistic way and makes sure that you do exercises at your level and if necessary in ways that are in tune with your strengths/weaknesses so that you're always growing and enjoying the training.
Training with Chris is always fun! Even when I am not in a good mood, I feel so much better after :) I really like that we are always doing different and creative activities, from strength, to cardio, to boxing, to jumping rope, to parkour! You never now what to expect and that is exciting! And definitely I have seen a lot of progress on my stamina and strength since I started training with Chris!

Training with Chris is an adventure every time!!!He has in depth knowledge for strengthening and mobility (and others) and he is able to create playful experiences while training hard. Always with a smile and positive push for training! Training with Chris is amazing!
I joined Chris three months ago based on a recommendation from my local gym instructor, because I wanted more personal guidance that is matching my personal goals and physical complaints. The goal I wanted to achieve is more strength and flexibility to get rid of my back pain, among others.
Because Chris has a lot of knowledge about movement, body and nutrition, he looks beyond my wishes. Based on this, he has made a tailor-made plan that includes crossfit, mobility and yoga. If you start at Chris you have to be open, because Chris' training method is different than most personal trainers I have experience with. But it pays off in significant results. I have no longer back pain, I can already do 8 pull-ups in a row and my flexibility has improved.
