The tree was lovely but the pot was packed to the brim with soil and stones which made it impossible to water without the water running over the sides.
I am hoping that it lasts to Boxing Day!

Would have given stars if their packing hadn't have had to be redone by carrier company DPD. Cardboard wasn't up to the quality needed for products .

CAUTION: False advertising
This was the an expensive error on my part. Order as per the marketing, the tree arrived (in time to be fair) but it was small and nothing like the pictures. The pot cover I ordered did not fit and the company has not responded constructively. Its a scam.

Poor item not as shown on the website.
The tree was delivered as promised. However it was 7ft not 6ft which is a minor problem. However the tree is very sparse . I appreciate that this is a real tree but totally different from the pictures . Loads of gaps between the branches. It is also shedding needles already. It does not look good. Worst real tree I have ever had

Great tree Delivery disappointing!
Ordered a 5ft living pot blue spruce Christmas tree and it’s absolutely beautiful. Only downside was a 15 minute notification of delivery date and time. Unfortunately I wasn’t in when the tree was delivered! It was left on my front patio partially hidden by two wheelie bins! Luckily I came home within 30minutes!

Don’t waste £10 on the pot!
The potted tree itself was nice but totally root bound in its tiny pot. The £9.99 pot I purchased was pathetically small and flimsy and very similar to the pots you buy bedding plants in. Totally unsuitable to replant the tree into and support its weight safely in my opinion.

Took so long to deliver
Took so long to deliver. I actually emailed them and they said they sent it. Then next day emailed them again and said would give me a refund, so had obviously not sent it. Still have not received my refund. Would not recommend.

Great tree, poor delivery service!
The tree is great, however the pot it can in was broken and the pot cover was insufficient to cover the pot, I paid extra for 1-2 day delivery and it came 4 days later!!
