We booked Chris Tour last year for our workshop, and straight after the workshop when we wanted to book again for the year after, they changed the quote and added +€110,- on top. When we asked why, they said that prices change every year. When we this year wanted to proceed with the booking they said that now the prices changed again and added +€200 on top of that new quote. Honestly, I feel this company is not being genuine and just out for money. Our first experience was good, no complains, but after this our feeling changed completely and we will not considering them for our company anymore.

Made an enquiry with Chris Tours back in March but only booked in July and they honoured the original quote. Paolo was good to deal with and answered all emails promptly. After a change in the docking location of our cruise, I emailed Chris Tours and all was sorted. The Driver was Francesco who was excellent and turned up on time. A little mix up of the pickup location but was quickly rectified. Great company. Will use again.

Booked a 30 seater bus to pick up 26 guests with suit cases At Rome airport and drive us to Sorrento for my daughters wedding. They were there when we arrived. The bus they sent was not capable to accommodate 26 people with suit cases. We had to put the suit cases in the middle of the seats. Also with 40 degree temperatures the air conditioner didn't work. The driver was a nice guy. He contacted his superiors (Who were very rude) to get another bus to meet us half way. They flatly refused. This was a 3 hour bus ride. This company is very unprofessional. There was no compensation offered . Nothing. Warning do not use them.
