The tv bench I ordered is good and as described. So positive in that way. The delivery, however, was problematic and customer service was poor. The stand came in 2 separate packages which were delivered on different days. One was delivered to the wrong address. The delivery company were very unhelpful and said they couldn't send me photos of where it had been delivered to, but just that it was showing as delivered and i needed to contact Christow. The contact number for Christow customer services is unrecognised so i had to do an email. It was several days before i got a response with photos of the delivery and was then able to locate the other half of the package. Pretty poor as i spent a few days unsure as to whether i would actually get the other half of the tv stand.

Not used Christow before and made a rash purchase of a patio umbrella as the price was good, then I worried, however they kept me informed of my parcels progress and I was really happy when it was delivered, well packaged came before expected delivery date, and it’s exactly what I needed fabulous hot pink colour brolly, matches my other one too

I returned an item weeks ago. Still no refund. Every time I get in touch I’m told it can be up to two weeks before I can even get an email response.

Missing refund
The products I ordered were great quality. However I returned one of the items, over a month later I’m still awaiting my refund. After it was returned I did not receive a contact email or acknowledgement. I called Christow, who stated they’d manually refund me and wait another 10 days. I’m still yet to receive this. Very disappointed.

Yet to receive an item, paid for a large parasol, delivery company XDP absolutely useless, unable to contact their app crashes when you try an email them. I guess the next step is trying to get a refund as I still have no idea if it’s even arriving.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Avoidable stress caused by this company due to their lack of proper communication. Difficult to resolve missing/undelivered item with them. Eventually gave full refund.
