Website is great as a middle-man experience, but wouldn't accept my credit card for a purchase from a Japanese dealer. Phoned the help desk but they couldn't resolve it. Might have been my bank - but, we got there and Chrono 24 gives assurance and security when buying high quality items internationally. Would use again without hesitation.

I would have given more but for the VAT demanded by DHL Although I see in the fine print that VAT was not included I dont think this is usual so it was not expected. I think this needs to be made rather more prominant in your posting. The watch was completely fine and everything was as advertized.

I wanted a Ball watch, but new is too expensive so I decided to try the pre-owned market, which led me to Chrono24. I very much liked the various safeguards which give protection when you buy. Chrono24 listed a number of Ball watches, but my eye was attracted to an unused 2025 watch, the Engineer King, with day/date as I wanted. I offered the asking price and am delighted with the watch, which is on my wrist as I write. The buying process went smoothly. I recommend Chrono24 if you're thinking of buying in the pre-owned market.

Very quick service

I’ve written to you three times and you’ve not replied to me regarding a fault. I’ve had contact with the retailer but none from yourselves.

The watch that I bought was not as advertised and in fact clearly not the same piece that was shown in the photos on the website. The watch was advertised as “mint” condition but the one that was actually delivered to me was by far from that. The battery in the watch is faulty and will need to be replaced, also the clasp has so much play in it it feels like it could fail at any moment. Because I purchased it from HongKong I had to pay customst and import duty which added a further £186.30 to the cost of the watch. This sum is non refundable so I decided to keep the watch. As this is a present for me stepson I have had the watch sent to Omega for a quote to sort out the issues with the watch and this is £893.00 to replace the battery, Service the watch and replace the clasp. This is more than the cost of the watch. I’m really disappointed. This is the first time I’ve used this site to purchase a watch and would definitely not do so again. The bezel of the watch delivered has scratches that are clearly not in the photos of the watch on the website, the one I was buying, I thought. Unfortunately the whole experience has cost me double what it should have but I guess what a watch of this style and model would cost for a mint condition example. Buyer beware!

Chrono24 has a great customer service department where every one speaks english and are all competent and helpful and they respond to each single message you send them. It's a really good customer service that is a pleasure to deal with.

I would highly recommend Chrono24 to preowned wristwatch buyers. They are reputable. The payment system gives buyers additional security. Believe trustworhiness is the most important in buying preowned wristwatch. Certainly, there is always a risk in buying something preowned. I buy a Bvlgari from a Japanese dealer through Chrono24. The price + shipping + VAT match the local price, but I have many choices.
