When you decide to buy a watch, your money is held with the company and is only sent to the seller when you receive your purchase. The company continually messages the seller if the watch hasn't been sent. Excellent service and trustworthy, too.

I bought the watch from Germany and…
I bought the watch from Germany and paid a duty to take receipt in the UK.
I then decided not to keep the watch and to return it but have not been able to without the duty being paid again.
As a result I still have the watch.
This must have happened before to Chrono24 customers - why isn't there a solution?
