The Fire Alarm Service Engineer as usual was very helpful in resolving our issues and he managed to get the system up and running again in no time, another excellent level of customer service.
The admin Team do let the engineers down with the need to constantly chase for Quotes and arrange bookings, receiving RAMs etc.
