Excellent service
The technician James Crombie attended to rectify a fault which he did efficiently. Also he was most helpful regarding 2 queries we had regarding maintenance and possible upgrade. He checked with his superior and was able to carry out the required work whilst on site. 10 out of 10

watch out for hidden charges
Paul, the engineer was excellent as always. However, you have now sent me an invoice for this work which I will not be paying. When I booked the visit, no mention was made that the work would be invoiced. As we already pay a maintenance contract and the instruction I had been given to reset the alarm was incomplete, I feel that a charge for this work is unsupported. my contact details are mobile 07831 213256

Your engineer was very efficient but booking information could be improved
Your engineer was very efficient. My reason for not giving five was regarding the booking.
When I booked i was told Charles would be coming and would telephone first. In fact Matthew came, and because he had been before did not phone before his arrival. The same thing also happened with my last service.
My point is as a security company, the correct information should be given when booking, or prior to the event. If I was not here on the day and someone else was here, it could have been confusing/worrying for them.
