My phone call answered immediately, an engineer called me within an hour an the problem resolved shortly afterwards when the engineer visited my property and changed the faulty sensor.

No problems as usual
No problems as usual, The only reason I didnt give 5 starts was the engineer turned up an hour early and as there were people in the church, by the time I go there, and I was early too, he had nearly finished. This really resulted in a wasted journey for me as I do live in the Parish.
