The kefir was quite watery, and l didn't like the taste. Probably because l was used with home made kefir in my childhood and l expected the same taste

Quality product & excellent, personal customer service. Am now subscribed! My only feedback: pls allow customers to select timeframe at the time of choosing to subscribe. It’s possible but not straightforward & offering a drop down box with number of weeks (other than 3) is an easy fix.

Very poor delivery again from DPD
Very poor delivery again from DPD. Not delivered to my door, despite raising this with DPD it happens every time I order the product.

I'm very sorry that you've had a frustrating experience with DPD. That can certainly wreck your day! We do pay over the odds to work with DPD because they have the best rating in the UK, of 99.7%. That said, it's not 100% - and sadly there will always be bad apples and stupid drivers. Sounds like you may have pulled one of those.
If you contact one of our Chuckling Goat team members on live chat 8 am to 8 pm any weekday, they will contact DPD directly for you and sort this out.
In the meantime, may I suggest that you leave a review for DPD, instead of for us? They can make changes according to your feedback - we can't, since they're a separate business.

Where’s the fizz?
I have a kefir subscription but this box of four doesn’t seem as good as others as there is no fizz. I contacted Chuckling Goat and they said it will be just as effective but I miss the fizz and it doesn’t taste the same.

Because our kefir is natural and not manufactured, there will always be a certain degree of natural variation, as you might expect to find in natural products like denim, silk, wood or leather. The fizz and the consistency can vary with the seasons and the temperature.
However what stays consistent is the powerful beneficial activity of all those live bacterial strains!
