One of their solicitors was recommended to help with possession of my property. The solicitor sent questionnaires which I completed and sent it back to him.

I contacted him through telephone and email and until date I am yet to receive response from the solicitor.

Just a courtesy email to decline providing me the service would have sufficed. It makes me question their core values and what they advertise.

I will not recommend them.

Andrew Ryan gave me some very good advice on employment law and went above and beyond what i expected. He was very transparent and honest, getting back to me within a day of me opening communication between us. Would highly recommend.

I had a case which was quite serious and treated really unfair but Churchers stuck with me and picked apart the prosecution and revealed the truth which I was shouting all along, I can’t thank the following employees enough: Alex Moore, Louise Jacks, Sarah Hallett and also Rachel who I can’t remember her last name(I do apologise) they also found me a top barrister who was absolutely brilliant.
I completely lost hope I was fighting against a system that was deceitful, unfair and biased but Alex made it her mission to make sure the outcome was a positive one - which it was the prosecution completely backed off and I was cleared. It never even made it to trial due to an abuse of process!
They never lied to me or mislead me everything was made so clear and I understood everything they did or said.
Thank you so much to everybody who worked with me throughout the past three years it was an extremely stressful time to say the least but you all made it bearable, thank you for believing in me when I needed it most! I can now start to rebuild my life and it’s all thanks to you.

Made an appointment with Michael Flaherty to help me take out a private prosecution against a firm of solicitors that had stolen £90,000 from my client account and produced fraudulent documents to HMRC and SRA to the sum of £120,000+VAT. I was informed that a average private prosecution would cost me between 30-40 hours of time, by my estimates approximately £12,000 plus disbursements. After waiting 4 weeks for Michael Flaherty conclusion to what I believe to be extremely good evidence he informed me that it would now cost me about £50,000, approximately 165 hours of his time plus disbursements, if he had told me this in the first place I would have never had made an appointment. His advice was I need to take advice from a barrister. Michael Flaherty advice cost me £2,409.00, thank you for your words of wisdom Michael Flaherty.

We were having problems with our existing solicitor in Chichester and as our wills had previously been done with Churchers we decided to go with them again even though it meant driving over from Sussex.
Victoria Nash was extremely professional and helpful and being mindful of our journey said she had a few minutes to her next appointment, would we like her to sort everything there and then!

Amy Hosell is a brilliant criminal defence solicitor! She is extremely switched on and did a fantastic job of defending me during trial when falsely accused of assault by a neighbour. I have a passion for customer service and without a doubt this is the best interaction I’ve ever had with a solicitor. In this day and age I rarely get the chance to shout about excellent customer service, but I can assure you in this instance I will do so from the roof tops.

I wrote a review in October 2021 with regard to a minor employment law case 'withholding wages' by a previous employer.
I am very pleased to say that today I received an agreed settlement. This was only made possible by Mr. Andrew Bryan, who have me excellent advice on procedures that I should follow to take my case forward.
This case was not about the monetary value, but showed, that employers, ultimately have a responsibility to their employees and that they should fulfil their legal, but above all their moral obligations.
