Not happy with them as we rented a vehicle from them in lanzarote for few days so the lady that bringed a car she was very rude she asked us to pay deposit 5000e when a car for 2 days costs 200e, abd then she was lime if its too expensive you can take opel corsa with low deposit, she was not helpful, not friendly i would not go back to this car rental never again, only because of customer care as the car was perfect no complains but customer care is disaster we were told they will givr our depisit back 5000e the same day when we bring car back but it was lies as we were waiting for them like 5 days or 7 days to comeback, they all in main office were surprised how big deposit we paid, if we young doesnt mean that we dont have any money and we cant pay them 5000e deposit

Honest car company, no rip offs like the ones from the las palmas airport. The cars are in good condition with prices starting from 30 euros a day. Easy to pick up the cars with the option of picking up in the center of the city which is great.

Excellent service. Key pick up in the arrivals hall - so you can do the paperwork while you wait for suitcases. Simple full insurance package and flexible return policy. We wanted to change return point and there was no problem at all. Immediate refund of the petrol deposit if you return car full. All this plus an audioguide and a good map. Well done Cicar!

The car was not ok but not what I wanted. I wanted a VW polo and I got a mommy mobile. The service on both ends was smooth.
However, from the previous rental a month ago CICAR did not return the money reserved for the gasoline. Only by calling them and reminding them I received the money few days ago. I am currently waiting their payment for the gasoline from this last rental...

The best car rental company in the Canary Islands, in my opinion. Always rent from them. Do not require credit card or deposit. It is much much cheaper than all the others, there are no hidden fees and they are flexible and easy. Personnell always greet you with a smile and their agents are flexible and understand every customer need. Professionality and new cars add that touch that makes them really number one! Highly recommended.
