I've rented a car with cicar at least 6 times, everytime excellent experience. Good veichle fleet, very often free upgrades, and all-inclusive insurance!

We have rented cars from Cicar in Fuerteventura on various occasions and have never been disappointed.

The staff was helpful.
The price very good.
The car was clean and recent.
It had no gas and was to give back with no gas.

The front tires were very worned out and this made the car more wobbely and with less gripp so be sure to check them!

bad customer support:
this company may be good for quality and price, but the staff and customer support will not try to help you with any problem.
I rented a car for 2 days, I drove much less than the km I could have traveled, but after a while, my car had some inexplicable problems and it shut down (the battery had no problems).
The car I rented stopped in a roundabout, a VERY DANGEROUS situation. It was about 3pm, I persistently called all the emergency numbers that had been provided to me but NO ONE ANSWERED ME.
A passer-by helped me by going directly to the office and getting the number of a cicar technician and in the end, after an hour they came to pick me up.
When I went to the office, no one apologized for the enormous inconvenience.
Shortly thereafter, out of necessity, I, despite myself, had to take another car for another 5 days. And I was not given any discount or concession for the fare change. Bad.

Esta empresa puede ser buena por su calidad y precio, pero el personal y el servicio de atención al cliente no intentarán ayudarlo con ningún problema.
Alquilé un auto por 2 días, manejé mucho menos de los km que podría haber recorrido, pero después de un tiempo, mi auto tuvo algunos problemas inexplicables y se apagó (la batería no tuvo problemas).
El coche que alquilé se detuvo en una rotonda, situación MUY PELIGROSA. Eran alrededor de las 3 de la tarde, llamé persistentemente a todos los números de emergencia que me habían proporcionado, pero NADIE ME RESPONDIÓ.
Un transeúnte me ayudó yendo directamente a la oficina y consiguiendo el número de un técnico de cicar y al final, después de una hora vinieron a buscarme.
Cuando fui a la oficina, nadie se disculpó por el enorme inconveniente.
Poco después, por necesidad, tuve que tomar otro auto por otros 5 días, a mi pesar. Y no me dieron ningún descuento ni concesión por el cambio de tarifa. Malo.

Fast service,good prices, a lot ist included in the insurance, you will note the long queues of tourists in front of their desk, the majority of them want to be with CICAR,whereas by the other companies you will see very little customers...there must be a good reason for it.

Best service of cars that I've ever used in Lanzarote: Cheap, perfect car and fast. Highly recommended!

The employee are very unfriendly and they don't talk english at all.

Fast check-out and clear service.
No surprises. Accepted debit card.
One advice: sent a closed rental form on email with gasoline level and time of check-in.
