Very good, swift and easy

After I placed my order a representative from Cicero contacted me to inform me that due to low stock of my chosen item they could only deliver 3 out of the 5 items in my order. They have a minimum oder value but they still offered to dispatch the items they had in stock for the same delivery fee and I received the items promptly. A swift refund followed soon after. Really good service. Fuss free.

The delivery was unexpectedly quick - a couple of days instead of 3-5. Thank you.

My order was dispatched really quickly and the products were great. Only thing that I would mention is one of the items had quite a short shelf life on it and I would have expected it to have longer left as it was a store cupboard / sweet item. Other than that, great experience and will definitely be shopping again.

Received my very first order. One item arrived damaged but as soon as I called I spoke to DENISA ANTONUCCI and she was amazing. Very apologetic and straight away sent a replacement for the very next day. Arrived perfect and on time.

I would highly recommend Cicero’s to all and will 100 percent be ordering again.

Fantastic customer service, all items as expected and packaging was brilliant

Very attentive, professional and punctual. On receiving my order and finding that part of my order contained articles they’d run out of, immediately called me offering alternative or for me to cancel part or whole order which they would refund me for. Having cancelled part of the order they called me straight back stating that one of the employees would give up part of his order which I was very thankful for a this was a gift for someone else. Thank you Cicero for making that person very happy!
