Do not buy from this place! I ordered a dress and I seriously got a costume looking dress. Nothing like the picture. I haven’t been able to contact customer service to get a refund! Horrible. It’s a scam

I dont even want to put a single start do not buy from this site is a scam the items are not as described at alllllllllllll. Don't waste your money. Because this company has a shipping address in China which will cost you more to return than your refund money. From any end you will end wasting money. Don't do it. And if anyone knows how to report this page as a scam please do so. I been checking from my end but had not been able to report it.

Absolute disgrace of a company ! They have taken 3 lots of different payments from my PayPal account and I have not received any of the items ! This is downright theft and I have been back and forward with them on email and all I get is check the post office ! No one has them ! This has been going on since last year and this year and still no resolution for almost £200 worth of dresses! Do not use this company unless you are happy losing money

Simple and beautiful, meeting my expectations. Excellent quality, very soft and comfortable to wear. The size is correct. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. I argued back and forth with this company for over a month because THEY sold me items that did not match the description. I called to see if they could at least send me some of my money back. I argued again with them for another three weeks because allegedly my PayPal account was inactive (not true I use my account all the time) according to the company (cichic).

This shop is great and I would definitely recommend it to all my friends. Can't wait to buy another one, it suits.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.! Don't know how they got even moderate reviews. Ordered what they advertised as an elegant wool coat with turn down collar and received a polyester rag with hood. And they won't refund.

Chichic suggests in their response that I can contact company for refund - all they offer is 20% refund IF you send back to China. By the time you do that 20% refund is gone.

My second review because after 20 emails chasing a refund their best offer was a 30% discount + half postage. I argued they should refund full postage because they sent it after i cancelled the order. Surprise, surprise they stopped answering my my emails. They refused a return postage label and when I queried return postage at local post office it would cost £16 almost the cost of the dungarees I'd ordered. The annoying thing was it appeared the company was in the UK I would never have ordered from them if I'd known they were in China because the cost of returning item. In my first review I said they lied about posting it in the first place and they responded to my review saying they didn't lie. Well, what do you think? The tracking info they supplied was bogus, it was sent AFTER I queried non-receipt after 4 weeks and I cancelled the order. When it finally arrived the parcel postage showed it was posted after I contacted them by email & cancelled order.

This store is great l would definitely recommend to all of my friends. I also ordered a black and white swim suit can't wait to get that one and see how it. Will fit.

Zero is I could. Supposed to take 4 weeks. Took 4 months. These were for a wedding that came and went, without the shoes. I tried cancelling several times the insisted it would only be a short while. WRONG. When the shoes came they were easily a size smaller than what the should have been. The box was also destroyed bc they didn’t pack it correctly. They want me to keep the shoes and sell them. They offered that plus 10%!!!
Ridiculous. They stopped returning my emails right as the date of dispute came up. They knew they just had to string me along until that 6 month date where I couldn’t dispute via PayPal. This place and people are awful!!!

The clothes are good, but the probability of defective products is a bit higher... I bought two of them, and one of the collars is dirty.

Cichic's clothes are of good quality, comfortable to wear and very design.

They won't reply to emails , just wanted to change the size of an item. That's not customer service if they don't care to reply , I just want my money back at this point, shabby customer service

The logistics is fast, the quality of the clothes is good, it is worth buying and the price is good.

DO NOT fall for these 5 star ratings. I ordered a white dress for my grandma back in January and it’s still ‘processing’ up until today.

Buyer’s beware! I ordered a waist trainer and reached out to this company 3 times to exchange the size and they never got back to me as if I have money to waste.

Clothes were slightly delayed, but customer service team were excellent. Quality was better than expected and fitted well.

The service attitude is good, but I am really anxious to wait.

Cichic’s service attitude is very good and helped me solve some problems, but the logistics is a bit slow.
