I ordered three pairs of pants on two separate orders . I paid for express shipping on all . The first pair came within a decent time frame . My second order took about 2 , 2 1/2 months to arrive . The customer service is H O R R I B L E ! They refused to give me a refund and they also kept sending me (what I believed to be) fake tracking information screenshots . I had to get paypal involved in order for me to get my own money back . My refund hit my account before my order even arrived . Even then they kept telling me to close the dispute . DO NOT I REPEAT , DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

Scam domain. ordered from an associated domain. the owner of this company has many fake websites set up to steal money using the bait and switch technique. always look up age of any domain, and see if that domain has many associated domain names. i found this website by just copy and pasting some text from one website into my web browser. apparently they just copy and paste their info from web page to webpage. their return exchange policy is super cryptic. do not trust this company.

I only gave one star because I can’t give zero!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE! I placed my order on June 23 and they charged my card.. Today is August 8 I still have not received anything!!

I recently bought three jumpers, in different designs and colours, from Chichic, in one online order. They were of very poor fabric, so they were not wearable. I wasted my money.

Ordered 4 months back. Even paid for expedited shipping. Its a SCAM! They said they will only refund me IF i receive the package and IF I spend my own money to send it back. Its obvious I am never getting my package, so its an OBVIOUS SCAM. Please dont flush your money down the toilet. I should have checked these reviews here before I was baited.

I had ordered a sweater for a birthday gift in mid March and payed for express shipping and barely got the item last week. The tracking website was a nightmare to use and the information was always inaccurate or listed my tracking number as expired. I had either the rudest and stupidest people reply back to my emails with the rudest telling me to wait and the stupidest completely ignoring my questions and telling a bunch of nonsense. The material the sweater was made from felt like cheap packing material and was cut weird. I had gotten an email yesterday telling me to send the item back for a refund, I'm not dealing with this website ever again, luckily my card company has agreed to reverse the charges and that'll be the end of that.

The reply below is either wrote in translated English or that is the sorriest Passive Aggressive apology I've ever read.

My item arrived today after two months of placing the order. The communication I had with the Sales Department was fine. They were polite and answered promptly. I resigned myself to a patient, long wait.

I like the design a lot but the sizing is VERY small. I will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered beginning of April, received last week.
Afte many emails back and forth trying to find out where the dress was they didn't seem to be bothered that I was getting stressed out.

When the dress arrived it looked nor fitted anything like the pictures.

Wish I had have looked at the reviews here first.

I wish I had come to Trustpilot before ordering from this site. Here are a few of the issues:
Communication was very poor. Chinese company who do not seem to be able to communicate in English.
Order took ages to arrive.
Size was ridiculously small even though I ordered the largest they had.
Didn't even bother trying to get my money back.
In future, I will check with Trustpilot first. I'm only glad I didn't order more.

I think this company need a rating less than 1. Took months for dress to be delivered and nothing like what was advertised and terrible quality. Disgusting this shop is allowed to still sell items. Going to cost a lot to post back to get a refund so will have lost a lot of money

These guys are total scammers - be warned!!! My daughter bought a cardigan which took 3 months to get here and literally looked nothing like the one we'd ordered. They they say they'll give you 25% discount if you're happy to keep it which there is no way anyone would wear the item they sent it is awful and stinks! They get a bit heavy telling you to close the dispute, so we reported them to Paypal who refunded our money. If there was ever a reason to avoid buying online these guys are it!!!

Cichic has the worst customer support when it comes to returning items. I have written to them on multiple occasions with clear details of the items that need to be returned and why. I am also missing an item from the package that I have requested a refund for. The response I get back from them is pure delaying tactics, they want me to send the item numbers again, and again, then I need to send photos of the items, once they have these they write back to say that it looks beautiful and can I check again! I just want my refund. The two items that I am keeping I am pleased with, the remainder I want to return for a refund or exchange for a smaller size but they do not want this to happen. I would have placed another order with this company if the returns procedure was easy but they are not to be trusted. Items I have purchased via Amazon from China I have been able to return or the company has refunded me without question, Cichic does not want to do this. Once Cichic has your money they do not care if the service and product they provide are any good. I see that the negative reviews on Trustpilot have had a response from someone in Cichic pretending to care, asking for the order number so they can resolve the problem.....I wonder if anyone has had a refund issued or is the company just trying to look as though they are doing something without actually rectifying the problem.
I do not have these issues with Silk Fred, I would use this company to purchase clothes from instead.

I ordered sunflower overalls back in January from this site. And I literally just got them a couple days ago. I emailed them several times and they kept saying because of covid they are delayed. So I waited and waited and I did get it. 6 months late but I was trying to be understanding. Anyways I get the overalls and there are two small holes in the fabric and thread coming out of the fabric. And I just got them!!! I sent them an email explaining how the quality is bad and sent them pictures as proof. They just responding saying sorry for the inconvenience and I could get a full refund if I send them back but I have to pay for shipping out of my pocket!! Or I can get 25% of the compensation back! I explained to them that the product I got was damaged and I should not have to pay out of my pocket for their mistake. And I should get a full refund. They just kept saying they could not do it and this is how it is. Also they took the money out of my account back in January. And I paid with my debit card. And you only have 60 days to file a dispute with your bank. Well this company is sneaky cause they take the money out right when you order and then they make sure you do not get the product until after the dispute day expires. This company is a scam!! I urge you not to order from this company!!!

A bit of a scam. The products I receive is nothing like the photo and looks completely cheap and sad. For about two months, it was stuck in another state. Please take your time and money elsewhere, this site and their products are not worth it.

Horrible service! It’s been over 40 days from shipment and still no items or projected delivery date... I am leaving the country and can no longer use these items and info on website is deceiving and false! They are also refusing me a refund! Total SCAM.

Terrible stress ordering from this company. Paid for an item on 23 April and on 8 July still have not received goods. Sent reminders on at least 10 occasions and they kept saying please be patient it’s on it’s way. I believe this to be a scam in the hope that customers will give up on the cheap prices they pay and put it down to experience; meanwhile the company are rubbing their hands together!

As everyone else has said - false advertising as they clearly use stock photos from other companies and then send items which are nothing like the picture. In a current dispute with them on PayPal - they are refusing to pay the postage which is almost the same amount as the item as it has to go to China! Reported to Trading Standards and just waiting for the time when PayPal can get involved. Disgraceful.

Absaloutley disastrous! Worst company ever. I have never been treated so terribly in my life. The company not only lost my package and refused to refund me, but they also never had me recieve my other one. So I have wasted a lot of money on something I hasve not even recieved. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They were also impossible to get in touch with when I had to change something and only contacted me after it was shipped AND STILL they were impossible to contact alwaysd replying the same thing.

UNHELPFUL RUBBING. DO NOT BUY.
