AVOID!!.
Bought two tops that look nothing like the advert and to send back cost £13.50!!.
Absolutely awful company!.

Scam company. Flee if you will or else you are parting your hard earned money for horrific customer service experience in the life time.

Don't bother, quality of items in pictures NOT what is delivered. Had a heck of a time getting anyone to respond (when they did they said they were overworked and too busy) Finally had to get my credit card company involved to get a refund. I'd returned all the items I'd received - didn't even get one of them. But I suspect they stall until the 60 days to dispute a transaction on your card has passed. Very very shady.

These people are bunch of criminals. I ordered couple of items since March 10th and I quickly canceled my order within 10 mins after reading the bad reviews. I requested for full refund and was told I have to wait 6-12 weeks to get back my money that was pulled out within seconds of submitting my order... I'm still waiting on my refund. Smdfh. DO NOT ORDER FOR THEM. THEY ARE CRAP

Came for shoes that arrived on time at my doorstep, giving me enough time to examine the product and give a feedback. Trusting an online store can only occur when they earn it and cicilookshop has earned mine.

I feel lucky to have found this leather jacket. Only if I had found it earlier. What surprised me most is the fact that it was delivered on time and the packaging was excellent. I will soon order some tops I have also seen

False advertising on the clothes they sell. All CRAP!!!! I ordered 2 off the shoulder sweat shirts. They sent regular sweat shirts and both of the sizes were not the sizes I ordered. One was smaller than the other but both labeled the same size !😠😠😠😠 very mad

The goods have taken weeks to arrive (looks like they are made in China) the quality is astonishingly poor. The medium size I ordered is unlikely to fit a size 6 because it is so small.
impossible to return the items as you have to contact them via their website. The message will not send.

Avoid at all costs.

They are deceiving ,fake and poor quality clothing . don’t bother. awfully rude when you ask where your purchases are. I cant seem to get my money back and feel ripped off

I wanted to add 1 more thing to my recent review, a lot of the pictures of clothing supposedly available on ciclolookshop are taken from the site Vici (a real store located in California, United States), if you go there you will recognize the model and clothes right away. At least if you order from the real site you will get the real clothes but of course the real prices are more, which is understandable. Please be careful shopping out there ladies, all we really want is the clothes we bought with our hard earned money.

The place where you will get best lingerie and swimwear. I was mesmerized to look into the collection. I am sure there will be something for everyone. Also, i ordered above a certain amount .

Last month I was planning to go to the town for shopping. But then I ordered everything online from this place. I got amazing deal. So, I am a fan of this website.

I was quite amazed to get a discount of 10 percent as it was my very first order. Overall the shopping turned out to be a perfect deal. I was quite happy. I love shopping from ciclookshop. So, I have become a regular customer here.

every great purchase comes with satisfaction and a sense of fulfillment, and that was the feeling I got when the delivery for the cloth I ordered from Cicilookshop was made right in my office. Thanks Cicilookshop for being timely with delivery. Keep the good work up.

I did and have been let down

Ordered 3 weeks ago. Early March 2019 They reply time and time again. But still no refund. No goods

They need to be bAnned. Barred Whatever. Just stop them taking the p... out of decent people

I will try and get my money back via PayPal and never deal with this phoney company ever again

Please be aware of companies in China. Not all. But funnily enough I’ve had no good things to say about companies from this part of the world

Scam frauds fakes criminals

i would've preferred no stars as an option, quality of clothes is pathetic. I wish i had read reviews before i wasted my money. The items i received looked nothing like they did in their photos. Lesson learned you get what you pay for!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE , I foolishly placed an order back on January 14th 2019. After waiting for over a month still nothing was delivered. Emailed them (they do answer emails) advised it was Chinese New year and things were delayed! Waited another two weeks was advised it was such a popular choice there was a further delay! I was asked if I wanted to wait, or cancel and have a refund. I decided to cancel and have a refund, easier said than done. Still waiting for my money, I emailed after the said 21 days and they told me they had had a problem with their financial department and lost all the refund details and had to start again. I was told it would be 7-10 days, I am still waiting for my money that they had had for over 2 months now! Not worth ordering its definitely dodgy!
