I would rather give no stars at all.
I placed the order on July 2nd and have received my sandals mid Septemer. Like I would need sandals now.
I found my order mail to find the company name and their site to complained. But the site is closed because they have been scammed by Chinese suppliers.
I received the sandals but they were definately not leather.

Zero stars.
Total scam found on Facebook.
Had I not been on FB this would not have happened.
Facebook responsible too

I ordered 2 pairs of sandals back in June, thinking they would be lovely for the summer. Sent numerous emails to the company who kept promising me they were on the way. Eventually got a delivery this week over three months after placing my order and them taking my money. Only one pair delivered and a different colour to the one I ordered. The one pair has cost me the price of the two pairs ordered. No notification from company about going out of business, only found out when I looked into contacting them to complain. All who’ve ordered have been conned, says they are bankrupt but how can they be if they have taken everyone’s money and no one has received their orders or only part of their orders.

Same as all of the other reviews - ordered on June 1st and, after numerous emails which got the usual responses about high demand and invalid tracking numbers, I actually received some sandals yesterday (August 29th) which, although the quality seems OK, are not the colours which I thought I was getting!
It looks like persistence is necessary to get anything out of these people. Bottom line is - don't bother!

If I could warn you with NO STARS, I would! Ordered sandals and charge placed on my card June 13th and here it is August 26th and NO SHOES! Every time I inquire its the same story...... high volume! Also asked me not to use vulgarity when speaking to reps, they are doing the best job they can. LOL!
I don't curse anyone no matter how much I am agitated, but these people have pushed me nearly to my limit. My shoes shipped from Laos, where the heck is Laos anyway! No tracking data since July 20th. Vacation is over, no shoes and $63 in the hole. BEWARE!

I wouldn't order of this crowd but if you have do what I did I e-mailed them twice maybe 3 times a day every day for the past month they replied with all the usual rubbish about high demand etc tracking numbers not valid etc but lo and behold a package came from Southall this only took from 28th may till today and here are my sandals not best quality but fit perfect don't give up

Do not order from this company!Like so many others according to reviews I too have been duped - ordered and paid for on 9th June, now 20th Aug and no delivery.

Scam! Don’t buy! They steal your money and don’t deliver! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I would give 0 stars. They took my money, but no shoes. I can not get a track and trace nr from them, and get a lot of BS about huge demands and if i will only have patience then they will send me a tracking nr in a few days (they have said that a lot, but still no shoes or tracking nr. It is fraud, don't buy!!!

Do not order from this company!!!
I have place an order more than a month ago. After two weeks, I asked about the shipping information. Since then I received several automatic emails saying that they are waiting to renew their stock and that one they will have my items they will ship them. It has been three week of emails with no genuine response.
They took my money and they don't provide the merchandise. It seems they don't have it on stock.
Be careful !!!

Ordered some sandals after seeing an ad on facebook. 3 weeks later I have had no despatch details and every contact with 'customer support' gives me an automated response saying i will be contacted in 3-5 days, which of course I haven't been! Reported to action fraud, facebook and paypal. Thieves, do not waste your money or time.
