Super Masken! Sehr hochwertig und angenehm zu tragen. Meine Ohren schmerzen nach stundenlanges Tragen nicht mehr, wie bei anderen Masken. Für die Kinder (6&8J.) haben wir Größe S bestellt. Mittlerweile sind es auch ihre Lieblingsmasken. Durch FFP2-Filter fühlen wir uns sicher.
Versand war sehr schnell und unkompliziert.
Ich habe am Montag morgen um 9:30 2 Masken bestellt und gleich bezahlt. Es gibt keine Indikation auf der Website wie lange eine Lieferung dauert.
Meine Erwartung war dass diese beiden Masken problemlos in dieser Woche geliefert werden. Da ich diese für einen Auslandsaufenthalt brauche, ist es für mich dringend.
Am Freitag wurden die Masken, welche vorrätig waren, noch nicht mal verschickt.
Ich habe zweimal Per Email nachgefragt. Im zweiten Email heisst es wörtlich: "dass wir den Versandprozess leider nicht noch mehr beschleunigen können."
Für mich unverständlich warum eine Lieferung von 2 Masken so lange braucht.
