So from the start, I never intended to buy from Cinch, primarily because of their very annoying adverts... However the prices for a 2 year old Tesla were good which got me interested. I picked out several Tesla's I wanted a look at and phoned Cinch customer services to request a call back from Cinch Corby in order to arrange the test drives, three calls in total, no call back from Cinch Corby. Decided that as Cinch offered a 14 day return (250 mile btw), I would take the plunge and pay in full for the Tesla Y I really liked. Upon collection at Corby, I was handed 2 key cards and asked to check the vehicle before signing for receipt. No test drive available as I had already purchased. No real handover, I asked a couple of questions to the staff, but no real meaningful response. I checked the car over, which was clean but certainly not pristine and normal showroom clean. I had a problem sorting the road tax, the reference number given by Cinch did not work. After making a telephone call to Cinch, I was told I could not take the car till I sorted the tax as it would be pinged by DVLA cameras, Cinch CS said they would sort it out, and to be fair they called back within 15 minutes with a new reference number that worked. The car has been great (2024 Tesla Y), no complaints. Would I buy again from Cinch, yes, but I had the security of nearly 2 years of Tesla warranty if I had any serious problems. Cinch are part of BCA and WBAC, so I should imagine it's a complete lottery what condition of car you would end up with, especially with an older car. One point to be aware of when buying a used Tesla, you do not get any paperwork including the V5 sellers slip, therefore you cannot register the car with Tesla till you get the V5, took a week, this means you cannot access the Tesla superchargers. If you're gonna buy from Cinch, do not expect high levels of customer interaction either prior to, or during the purchase. Do your homework, test drive any car at main or local dealers. If possible, get the longest remaining manufactures warranty. One other point, you can pay using several credit cards, great for credit card zero percent deals.

bought a car 2 weeks after the right passenger tyre went dangerously low - the outer lining was very damaged cost me 200 for new tyre even though in warranty and in the 14 days you have, found them very dismissive and not taking any responsibility in regards to the tyre

Picked up my car From Corby , on arrival at home noticed large tear in leather seat . It’s had a bodged repair. Tried to contact cinch many time by e mail no reply . Never had such unprofessional aftercare before .

From start to delivery it was easily one of the best car purchases I've made.Selected the car on Sunday, paid on line after getting a valuation for mine and it was delivered on Wednesday morning. Constant communication throughout.

This was the first time I had used Cinch. The process from start to finish was incredibly easy and entirely online. The comparison tool that allows you to review 3 cars at a time was really beneficial and helped speed up the selection and final choice of car. The car was delivered to my house, and the delivery driver kept in touch on the day, arriving within 15 minutes of the time agreed. I had been a little dubious of buying a car online, but all my fears were groundless and I'm loving the car.

I found Cinch really good and would recommend - website is excellent, prices fair, they were east to contact over the phone when needed. The car was delivered on the date I requested and the delivery guy spent time with me to show to help set everything up in the car. The car has been excellent and just as advertised. All in all a very positive experience

Battery was flat unfortunately but they sorted it quickly and I was on my way!

I had delivery of a Vauxhall corsa but within a few days I found a small fault,.. I spoke to a very pleasant lady called Heather who immediately organised a mechanic to call and sort it out..
Cinch is so easy to buy a car from and they are delivered in immaculate condition.

I initially felt a little strange about paying a deposit for a car without seeing it in person first. However, the whole process with Cinch turned out to be a very nice and smooth experience. The communication was good, the car was delivered as arranged, and everything was straightforward.

I was also very pleased with how the finance was arranged, especially the competitive interest rate I was offered. Overall, I’m happy with the service and would definitely consider using Cinch again.

Excellent service start to finish - from inital contact through to picking the car up the service I recevied was excellent. Inital enquiries via the help line was informative and helpful, after I placed the order all communications were easy to understand and straightforward. Pick up was easy as well - Mo at Corby was friendly and helpful. There was no pressure, plenty of time to look at any marks or problems and make sure that it matched what I expected. It was , in some respects it was far better that I'd anticipated. One thing if you are aexpecting main dealer type hand holding and personal service, this isn't quite it - BUT it is excellent and very good value (I think I saved around £3K looking at similar vehicle on Autotrader) - follow the instructions about pick up and identity requirements and you won't go far wrong ! - I'd use and recommend again.

Bought a Land Rover Discovery here and thought it was a safe place to buy a nice expensive car from and surely shouldn't have any problems with the car. I was was very wrong. The engine warning light came on within 1 week of buying the car, then only a month later the car broke down on me whilst I was driving it on the main road. The car battery had a fault which made it not drivable. It has been at the Cinch garage for over a month with no work getting done on it because they said they were low on staff. I'm having to pay out of my own pocket for a courtesy car for 3 weeks as Cinch only provided me with a courtesy car for just 1 week. To make matters worse, the car has now been moved to Land Rover dealership because there's a manufacturer fault that the airbag doesn't work and also the battery charge fault. This is booked at the earliest date of mid September so I'm still paying for a car that I haven't had for coming up to 2 months and paying for courtesy car out of my own pocket as well. I am not happy with the service and car that I've received. At this point, Cinch need to give me the money back for my car. It's had that many faults with it I no longer feel safe to drive the car with my kids in it.
