I purchased the car with the understanding that several scratches and dents would be repaired before collection.

The vehicle was left with the workshop for a week, but when I arrived on the Saturday to collect it, I found that none of the agreed repairs had been completed. I was offered a refund of the admin fee, which I accepted. However, I was also promised that the vehicle would be fully charged for collection, and this wasn’t done.

To make matters worse, during the cleaning process the dealership scratched the digital instrument display. They have since stated that they won’t repair the damage themselves, leaving me to try and claim through the warranty. If this isn’t covered, I’ll be returning the vehicle.

This is my first time purchasing an expensive car from a dealership, so I expected it to be presented in excellent condition. Instead, my 12-year-old car was in better cosmetic condition than this one.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and based on how this purchase has been handled, I won’t be using Cinch again.

Mia was brilliant, easy to contact and extremely reassuring throughout the process, also persuading me to extend the warranty on the car.

Buying the car was simple. The flexibility to be able to use multiple credit cards is a nice bonus. Its allowed me to take full advantage of a 0% credit card.
The car is exactly as depicted. In excellent condition, clean, no surprises…other than the reverse parking camera that wasn’t mentioned in the advert. A nice little surprise.

Great car / good service

Car had missing tire repair kit, had to fight to get that sorted, no screen wash, also had to get that sorted, British glove box, interior light, both brake lights were insecure (loose), and to top it off lathered in dog hair in the back seats with mold and imperfections they accept responsibility for but every repair quote I give them they reject?! Number plates are just fixed on without using OEM inserts so my boot has two sets of holes with the front having over 8 as they couldn’t fit the registration plate on properly.

Clearly don’t sign stuff off before delivery properly. Can’t even valet cars properly, swirl marks on the bodywork and white powder still on the car so it was clearly them!

Overall I’m not happy with the issues I’ve faced that they still haven’t rectified as of yet.

Really easy process buying a car from cinch. The entrance to the collection point in Avonmouth Bristol is a little easy to miss but all was well in the end. The car was as pictured and described, and the cinch worker who showed me round the car was friendly and knowledgeable. Car has been great.

The experience with cinch was first class. From selecting the car, arranging the finance and ultimately the deliver of the car. Patience was definitely needed by Mia, Sam and Paige whilst I sorted out my end of the finance which was delayed more than once. I never felt anything other than 100% support. Definitely recommending cinch!
Love my car!

Car was delayed , messed about by the finance companies cinch use . Within 30 mins of having the car engine lights came on, the tire pressure with the back two tires was 21 dangerously low considering the length of my car journeys , the door makes a sound like grinding metal and sometimes difficult to open , chewing gum left underneath the steering wheel , the person dropping my car off decided to go on and connect their phone and mess with the audio settings , vape stickers left underneath the driver arm rest . Won’t be using cinch again , customer service are really good and helpful but the car is no where near upto standard and neither is the finance company. Also 40ish minutes after i posted review went for a drive in it and now theres smoke coming up from beneath the passengers seats floor mat
