Shockingly bad

I'm afraid we as a business made the mistake of ordering what should have been high quality lanyards. They arrived and were appalling- wrinkled, poor print quality with bleed, bad stitching. They are not fit to be given away for free, never mind selling. Complaints have effectively fallen on deaf ears- initial 'you got what you ordered' followed by 'we'll be back to you by tomorrow' and then- you guessed- nothing. Do NOT buy from these people and ignore that at your peril.

Products never delivered and refund not given

On the 7th of June 2022 we engaged Cintapunto to provide us with 1000 tote bags to be delivered to Malta by the 22nd June, in time for an event that we were taking part in. Cintapunto assured us that they are able to meet our deadline and that bags will be in Malta on time.

On the 16th of June we followed up with the company to provide us with a status update to which they answered that they have technical issues and will not be able to deliver the products by the agreed upon deadline. We were very disappointed by this and decided to opt for a full refund of 1115 euro to which the company agreed to give us back. It has been now more than a month and the refund has still not reached our account. I have repeatedly e-mailed Victoria Satsevich (sales rep) to which time after time tells me that the refund is on its way and yet this is not the case.

We have now took the decision to take legal action against the company who will be soon hearing from our lawyer and police on the matter.

DO NOT TRUST CINTAPUNTO.
