A birthday party in a village hall could be a homespun affair but Circa turned it into a classy production. The team was amazing: utterly professional while being totally charming and the food was delicious and extremely well presented. EVERYBODY said how good it was. I can't praise Circa highly enough.

We cannot thank everyone at Circa enough for everything on and in the build up to our wedding day. We had the most perfect day and everything ran so smoothly with the help of you all.

Thank you Liv for everything on the day and huge thank you for helping save our cake from melting in the hot weather and keeping it in a fridge so we could cut it with our evening guests there too.

The food was gorgeous and we’ve had so many great comments about it since our day. The bbq and pizzas were a huge hit with our guests and we loved having the leftover pizza the next day.

Everyone in the team who worked on our day were so friendly and helpful, especially making sure we had our canapés kept aside for after our photos. It was lovely seeing some of you at the open days and then on our day so we had friendly faces around.

Circa catered for our wedding party and were absolutely superb. We felt very looked after as did all of our guests. We had so many compliments on the food, especially the katsu curry, which was a massive hit! All of the food was delicious, people loved the little touches like the scones, tea & coffee and elderflower fizz - they really catered for all. The bar service was excellent, they managed to serve all of our thirsty friends and family very efficiently! They were so organised and helpful, without seeming intrusive on the night.

They played a huge part in making a really special evening for us, one that we’ll never forget! Thank you!

Our Daughter selected Circa for her wedding at our home , she chose them not only because their food was tasty and interesting and beautifully presented, but also as they would "stage manage" the day from start to finish. Sure enough Ben and his catering colleagues cooked up a fabulous selection of food from Canapes through the main meal via an Ice cream bike and on to evening food from the converted Horse Box, all the waiting & Bar staff were delightful and accommodating and the whole day was run like clockwork without any hitches by Claire who was efficiency and unflappable personified - They all helped make Sophie & Dom's day totally memorable - Many many thanks from all the family

Circa were amazing for our wedding! They were kind and professional throughout and we had the best food we’ve ever eaten at a wedding! They really did make our special day special!

Right from the beginning when I booked our wedding Sara and the team have been so helpful. She would respond so fast which made me feel so relaxed knowing everything was under control.
The food on the day was amazing. Had so many people say how much they enjoyed it. We also went with the deluxe drinks package which was such a big help. Our guests were filled with drink the whole time. The staff were so kind and friendly.
Claire who run the day of the wedding was amazing. She made sure everything was on time and so professional.

Sara, was amazing from the moment we booked our wedding in October 21. She was always at the end of the phone or email throughout the whole process and was quick to reply to our ideas and questions.

We've also got to thank Katie for all her hard work on the day she was just incredible, the day just went so smoothly and it was everything and more we ever dreamed off. She was just brilliant from start to finish I honestly don't think we would of have the same experience without her. We loved how she made us feel and really put us at ease, she was always checking in with us and making sure we were ok and enjoying the day. If there was any problems we sure didn't know of any.

We can't put into words what the day meant to us and for all the teams hard work and dedication.

The food was amazing everyone commented on it and said how beautiful it was especially the canapes!

All our friends and family have said what an amazing wedding it was and the most fun wedding they have been too.

Me & my new husband got married at Laughton barns on 01/07/23. From the moment we booked the barn back in ‘October 21’ Sara & the rest of the team have had great communication in making sure everything comes together and we get all the information we need right up until the few days before the wedding. The venue itself is just a dream and there’s so much outside space to make use off!
The food is absolutely outstanding and our guests commented so much on how the food was so amazing and the great portion sizes! Katy & Sean deserve a special mention too for being great when we turned up to set the venue up on the Friday, they went above a beyond to make sure it was how we wanted it to be, also on the day of the wedding they still went above and beyond to make sure we was both looked after very well, checking in on us regularly and making sure everything run smoothly!
So all I want to say is one big massive thank you to Sara, Liv, the catering team, Sean, Katy & everyone else at circa! Our day wouldn’t have been the way it was without these guys 🤍

We used Circa for our wedding food in June 2023 (venue - The Great Thatched Barn at Falmer Court) & the team were exceptional.

We were made to feel so comfortable during our tasting evening that we suggested edits and adjustments and Katie & Mark welcomed them all.

Our bespoke menu was delectable: the Maltese canapés were perfect, the Sri Lankan feasting meal out of this world and the Maltese cannoli dessert so delicious! During the evening, the different buns proved a popular choice too.

Thank you to Sara, Katie, Mark and your whole team: all our guests commented on the warmth that you all exuded.

We worked with Circa events recently for our wedding day in Sussex and I would highly recommend them. The communication from start to finish was great, the food was delicious (all of our guests absolutely love it) and service was faultless. Thank you Circa!

We hired Circa for our wedding last weekend and they were just amazing. From all the planning and organising before, to the food on the day, everything was just first class.

Sara was always quick in replying to any queries we had and helped us build our dream day. The variety of food/drinks you can chose from is amazing and all our guests commented on how good the food was.

Claire and her team were so amazing on the day. Just knowing she was taking care of everything behind the scenes, allowed us to relax and enjoy our special day.

Circa Events catered for a family celebration and it was an excellent experience. The staff were professional and helpful. The menu was discussed in advance with attention to our guests' needs. There was plenty of choice to cater to all tastes. On the day, the food was delivered hot and ready to serve at exactly the agreed time. The servings were generous and the dishes delicious. I would definitely book again and highly recommend.

Liv, Sara and the team at Circa were just brilliant!! We had them cater for our wedding at the beautiful Long Furlong Barn and nothing was too much trouble. We didn’t do things in the traditional order but it didn’t bother them and everything on the day went just perfectly. The food was absolutely delicious, every part, and we had so many compliments from the guests and suppliers about it. They made things so so easy and relaxed and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Love The Whiskins xx

Circa catered and managed our wedding in July and we cannot recommend them enough. We were the first wedding at Falmer Court. As a new venue we were a little hesitant but due to Circa's good reputation, we knew we were in safe hands. Nick and the whole team went above and beyond to make our day a success and keep everyone happy. There were a few unexpected obstacles the day before the wedding (due to the venue) but Nick and Sean sorted everything quickly and to perfection. The food itself was absolutely stunning, people are still talking the lamb weeks later! The whole team were smiling and full of energy and overall, really contributed to our day. Thank you, Circa!

We have just returned home after attending a wedding at which Circa Events did the catering. We were impressed not only by the quality of the food but also by the fact that the food arrived promptly and was hot - a real bonus. The company also managed to cater for the special dietary requirements of several of the guests.

We recently used Circa Events to cater our wedding. We had originally booked Circa for our wedding in 2021 and they were extremely accommodating in rescheduling our date. We were also planning our wedding from the US and they were easy to communicate with and were able to quickly arrange a tasting when we traveled into the area.

On the day of, the execution of the meal went well and the food was fantastic! Many guests commented how it was the best wedding food they had ever had. We highly recommend booking Circa for your next event!

Cira were amazing at our wedding! They were really helpful in the planning process and great at communicating in the lead up to our day.

On the day, the staff were really friendly, accommodating and just always on hand being really helpful. We had bought our own drinks with us and everything was served perfectly.

Everyone LOVED the food! The lamb we had for our meal was amazing and the canapes were lovely! They even let us set up our own beer pong table which went down so well with the guests! Would really recommend them :)

Circa recently catered for our wedding and they were incredible from start to finish. Communication in the run up to the wedding was excellent. Set up before the day went smoothly. On the day, Circa's Claire was outstanding as an experience, unflappable linchpin for the wedding.

The food was incredible with great reviews from all our guests. Food came out hot (not tepid). Beef was tender it fell apart. Camembert as the veggie starter was the envy of many. Pizza van for the evening food went down a treat.

Even with extremes of weather (heatwave and thunderstorms in the same day) Circa provided a high quality service and they deserve all the credit for creating a magical wedding day. We would recommend them to anyone considering getting married or having an event in the South East area.

Circa Events were great! Right from the beginning they were friendly, open, honest, helpful and relaxed. Everything was explained well and clearly from the start. I had loads of questions throughout the process from how many guests we were having to if the dogs were allowed on site and all of these were answered for me quickly and clearly. The details of the day were gone over again and again and nothing was too much trouble for Circa to sort out for us, even when we had very last minute changes to make they just sorted it. On set up day they were also a great help and walked us through the whole day step by step to make sure everything was all OK and again nothing was too much trouble for them to facilitate. One the day itself again they were all brilliant, everything went smoothly and when there was a small hiccup I mentioned it and it was immediately sorted with minimal fuss to the point others did not even notice. We would highly recommend Circa Events to others they were brilliant! Very friendly and relaxed but remaining professional at all times too. Thank you Circa Events!
