I'm sorry to write this review. If anything went wrong with the machines or the app or anything, I never got my money back. I am fortunate to not need this anymore, as I moved to another place. I have some small amount on my account still - I'm giving it to you freely. I just hope I will never have to deal with you again. My experience dates from years 2019 to 2023.

Katie, the customer relations manager is great. She is cheerful, looks after our student property in Gorgie Edinburgh very well and gave us advice on how to properly maintain the washing machine and dryer.

Great experience
I worked with Circuit to photograph two new laundry rooms they had opened recently. Katie Urquhart who I met at the student accommodation was a great help, showing me where to go and ensuring students knew what was happening. She was clearly passionate about the job and made an effort with both me and the students we interacted with during the shoot. My experience with the other staff members at Circuit was also great, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.
