Great Communication. Every question that I ask was not only answered, but answered in a way that was easy to understand. When possible videos were attached helping to explain. Not to mention that every question that I ask was answered in less than 24 hours.

I received my order and it solved the “no flow” issue.

Although ultimately the delivery was delayed a few days beyond the original estimate, I did receive it in good condition. I installed the unit and had it working in just a few minutes.

Replacing cell did not repair the problem.

It is 5 stars across the board. Arrived much sooner than expected, install was ez and quick, start up just as described and running at 40 % and keeping up with the 7-10 inched of rain topping off our unground pool.
The customer support was excellent. Shout out to Sydney and big THX.

The surfaces are VERY slick and my cement globed up. I will take some sandpaper and get that HIGHLY polished surface a little rougher before I glue it HOPEFULLY the replacement will be herr today or tomorrow!

Replacement filter cartridges that were sent do not fit the CJ 2750 filter I purchased in 2022. I called customer service and explained the issue to Ashley and a week later to Cindy. Sent the information and pictures as requested to both service representatives. I have not heard back from either of them. Initial contact date made to CircuPool was on June 26, 2024.

I received outstanding technical support on determining the condition of my pool water and courses of action to resolve the chemical levels.

This salt generator system is flawless! If my Hayward Aqua Plus system was a car then I just went from a YUGO to a Bugatti! I could of had it installed within 20 mins as just a regular swap from
The Hayward to my RJ+60 system was very similar but I decided to replace the motor and redo so problematic plumbing as well. As a pool owner you will always need parts to replace things that break from time to time, I will always shop Circupool first before taking my business anywhere going forward. Quality On-line experience!

Knowledge and ease of ordering was excellent.

So far service has been great. The saltinator is not hooked up, so I can not comment on quality yet.

Ordering and receiving your product couldn't be easier. After I purchased my home in 2008 I changed the pool to salt which was my first time I used CircuPool. Your system was the absolute best. When I had the pool replaced and the contractor talked me into all new equipment. Big mistake, after 1 year the cell stopped producing chlorine. I purchased another CircuPool system! I recommend this product to anyone with a pool. My cousin purchased his last year and couldn't be happier as well. From my first purchase I can say that your customer service is the absolute best!!

Love the circupool customer service. Great communication, they have unbelievable knowledge of their products, and extremely quick shipment of parts to keep the pool running.

The quickness of delivery was good. Need to work on providing more information on the items you have for sale and how they are correctly used.
